I feel like the hotel is not being properly maintained - the jacuzzi didn’t work and the water was smelly and stale - it looked like it needed a deep clean and a repair. Some of the lounge chairs on the rooftop pool area were broken. For a 4 star hotel, I expected there to be a bottle of water in my room for arrival - there wasn’t. The aircon in the room did not work properly.

The location is great - you are beside the bus station and the central square. Lots of streets around the hotel does great street food! I liked the rooftop pool and the beds were big and comfortable.

Location is great, very close to 5th Avenue but not in the noisy side. There's local cafes and restaurants closed too. Room is basic but perfect for what we needed, cleaned and spacious.

Not much shade around the pool area. Chair and bed around the pool is broken and run down. No channels was working on the TV in the room.

Good location, very close to Ado bus stop. Fast WiFi Clean and nice rooms. Central but quiet area. Nice kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, plates and cutlery.

Nice location, close to city centre but still in a quiet area. Staff was talking good English. Room was big and clean, nice balcony. Good kitchen, with small fridge and freezer.

It’s in the heart of the city, it was very clean and comfortable, had all the facilities you needed except for a washing machine.

The water pressure is not good and the water wasn’t hot enough. Also when there are events at the city hall it’s very loud at the hotel

Unfortunately the shower pressure was anything but good and we didn't get clean towels everyday even though we did use them.

Location of the hotel is amazing. 4/5 minute walk to 5th avenue. It was clean, beds were nice and the little kitchen is great to safe money

The property felt a little worn which considering the photos was a little sad - there were only 6 sunbeds and 3 were broken and there didn't seem any interest in fixing them. Comments in the check in document re if you stained towles/bedding you would be charged and yet my towels had marks as did the bedding. Otherwise though, it really was a fantastically set up hotel.

The staff were great, rooms clean and tidy, location fantastic for the main square and strip and the apartments were SO well set up if wanted to do self catering.

We will stay again. Room was lovely. Just a few suggestions. Please upgrade bed linens. Add more pool chairs and umbrellas are needed. Get an ice machine. We will be back next year. Thanks for your help. ❤️

We had an excellent stay at Meliora. We had a spacious apartment with a balcony & kitchen. The air con was great and all the facilities were in good working order. The rooftop pool was lovely and clean with good views. There was also a small gym on the rooftop. The cleaning staff left the room looking immaculate. The location was ideal for us as it was far enough away from 5th Avenue that we could not hear the late night noise. 10/10 stay.

A small note: I wish the kitchen included basics like salt, pepper, and oil. Making eggs or something similar for breakfast becomes cumbersome since you have to buy everything (and Mexican supermarkets are quite pricey considering local income levels). For swimmers: The pool appears larger in pictures than it is. About half of the pool is very shallow (around 30-40 cm) and not suitable for swimming. It would be nice to have more shaded areas on the rooftop.

Great, central location without being too loud. I liked the room; it was spacious and comfortable. The small kitchen is quite well-equipped, and everything worked as expected. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, and the rooftop is also nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.
