The restaurant buffet was delicious with many options to choose from. The service from the receptionist and the waiters in the restaurant was exceptional! Very welcoming and accommodating. You can walk to the center of QRO in a good amount of time. And there’s always constant communication from receptionists. Great experience each time

The Hotel is very well located. Only 5 minutes to the City Centre by car. The room was very clean and the staff was polite. They solved one little request we had at the swimming pool.

There is only buffet service at the restaurant, it's a bit pricey if you don't eat that much.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and well lit, the beds comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean.

Really comfortable accommodation with good parking and restaurant and bar. The staff in particular I'm the restaurant and bar were very attentive. Comfortable rooms and also quiet considering it's location by the busy road. Ìt was easy to walk to the centre of Queretaro too in about 25 minutes.

There was really nothing not to like about the hotel but if I had to pick anything negative, it would be the size of the bathrooms. They could use a little more space so that the towel rack does not have to sit above the toilet, which, in turn, is right behind the door. Unfortunately, those are design issues that cannot be fixed without remodeling the entire hotel.

The very spacious and well equipped room. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioning unit worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower too was perfect. Finally, I liked the restaurant. It gave you the option to order a la carte or do a buffet, and both options had a huge menu to choose from.

The only attention point would be to review their internet access, the last 2 times it wasn't functioning properly specially late at night, investment should be done Weekends you should wake up quite early if you want to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel

The towels could be newer and softer. There were some extra blankets which smell bad ( unfortunately we didn't' need to use them).

no towel in the bathroom so when you finish to take a bath you could put your feet on it and avoid wetting the floor . also the Pool need to be warm up because even at 2hpm it is really cold.

food quality and taste OK but service is low room OK if you dont expect too much but shower flooded bed was AWFUL extremely hard and rough sheet, uncomfortable central AC was extreme, either 26C without it and 18 with it. could not sleep properly Invoicing was a headache, front desk staff at check out totally unprofessional, rude and incompetent tried for 40 minutes to send me away without legal invoice with promise to "send it via whatsapp"after, blaming "their system"for not being able to handle a postal code. Rotten attitude and customer service. worse, when asked why they did not prepare on time as requested they did not answer. it is like they are the entitled customer and one is just there to annoy them. Will never stay there again and will recommend others dont either. Was told by a local it was a nicer experience ("better hotel") than the neighboring CITY EXPRESS but obviously misoginistic. was also harrassed by random strangers entering lobby into the bar. the only thing I like, is that BOOKING IS ASKING so I can warn others.

The 7 pool chairs are a joke. They are all broken. ALL! And they are cheap uncomfortable plastic. They are dangerous and old and should have been replaced long ago. How dare them not replace these chairs. There is no excuse. Replace them now!!!!! The pool is not heated but that's ok. Its hot now and people can live with that. The key to our room door did not function properly and we had to ask for to be re coded 3 times and needed the assistance of employees to open our door. Its either their coding machine or the lock on the door. Either way it was aggravating and it needs to be fixed. The bathroom sink faucet sprayed like a hard shower. More than strange and it needs to be replaced as it sprays everywhere you dont want it to.
