The water temperature was impossible to regulate. The only con is that the hot water didn’t always work in the shower, even after running the water for a little bit to let it get warm. A common issue in Mexico (I’ve found) but unpleasant nonetheless.

I loved starting off each day on my balcony with my breakfast basket. It included fruit, yogurt, juice, sweet pastry and a savory pastry. The location is only a block away from the El Jardin but far enough away you have your peace. The room/hotel is beautifully decorated. There are only 3 rooms so you often feel like you are the only one there.

This is an adorable boutique hotel. They only have three rooms but they’re absolutely unforgettable. The staff contacted us prior to arrival to ensure everything was ready for us. Dulce was literally the SWEETEST! All the employees were very kind and helpful. The location is also incredibly ideal, only a 2 minute walk from the main square. I would highly recommend for anyone traveling to San Miguel de Allende to stay here.

The room was amazing! All around the room are intricate details and interesting things to look at. It was also so comfortable and spacious—a truly great value for what you pay. We also really loved the breakfast provided and loved eating it on our private little patio. The vibe of the boutique is so great and it’s such a convenient, central location. With all the amazing looking places to stay in San Miguel, I had a really hard time deciding and ended up booking a few different places. All of them were amazing, but this one was my favorite. I would absolutely stay again. The customer service was also 10/10. The staff helped us with everything we needed.

Of course as is typical in Centro it can be very noisy. There is no sound insulation at all. No windows. AC unit is loud but that is helpful in drowning out sound.

A small boutique hotel that is beautifully designed. The room and the bathroom are very spacious, it had a very comfortable king sized bed, and our room had a balcony which we loved and had our breakfast on. The hotel itself is very calm and quiet but during the weekend you can hear some noise from the city center, however, during the week it is extremely quiet and all you hear are crickets in the night. It had an AC but we never used it as the weather was very temperate. We traveled with our small dog and she loved to hang out on the balcony. The location is very central to everything and a short walking distance to all places we wanted to visit. We loved our stay.

The only very minor discomfort was that the air conditioner didn't really cool the room as well as we would have liked. We were in the Chana room, which is large with very high ceilings, so we understand why it's hard to cool.

Excellent location, beautiful furnishings, so many thoughtful touches. Loved the large bathtub and comfortable bed. We found it to be quiet in spite of its central location. There is a nightclub nearby which was thumping on Friday night, but in the Chana room with the air conditioner on, we couldn't hear it.

If you are a light sleeper the noise might bother you. On the weekend expect noise but during the week it's good. But they do have earplugs for those who need them. But if you don’t mind the noise you will be good. This only pertains for the Guest room: Su Hermana.

The property is beautiful! Majo was very helpful and very attentive. The location was close to many places.

Unexpected nightly loud noise due to disco a few doors away and adjacent street. In-room air conditioner helped but also somewhat noisy, itself. One room had no windows. We were told that local preservation rules prevented modifications to solve these problems. Location near center of downtown is an offsetting benefit.

Excellent breakfast delivered to room and great location in city center. More than enough attractions within walking distance. Staff friendly and accommodating. Porch, private sitting area adjacent to one room spacious and pleasant. Internet worked well.

The only thing to note is that staff is slowly responding via what’s app (if you ask something in the evening/morning, the response will come only late afternoon when it is not relevant anymore).

First thing that caught our eyes was that every corner of this property is very instagrammable, in a good way. Very stylish, with great attention to details, you just want to immerse in that atmosphere and vibe. We were not surprised that it was decorated by a famous designer and included in various magazines as a hotel to stay. We also noticed that all minor issues highlighted in the latest reviews were already fixed, which is greatly appreciated. Location is perfect for exploring the city, close to everything. They also have arrangement with a parking nearby with a discount. But please note that property is located in a close proximity to quite noisy bar, so you may need earplugs. The hotel is now providing them (again because someone in reviews pointed that out). Also I would say that breakfast is not that abundant. But it was nice to have it in a picnic basket on our Terrase. But all in all it was great stay!

Some of the decor was just a little bit dusty here and there, which did aggravate my best friend's allergies. But otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff here is simply wonderful and the breakfast was absolutely delightful every morning! I highly recommend staying here if you want a perfectly, centrally located spot in SMA. My best friend and I couldn't stop talking about how perfectly located it is. Not only that, but the rooms have been featured in many interior design publications and it felt surreal to be staying in such a famously photographed hotel. It felt like we were living in a magazine! Absolute perfection! We're already planning our return trip!
