This boutique hotel is incredibly spacious, with large rooms; a kitchen, dining and living rooms; and a courtyard, with other attractive outdoor areas. There are only five rooms, so it feels like home. There is a staff person on site during all hours—all three are very friendly and helpful. It is a casa vieja (old house) and the decor was clearly designed by someone with a great aesthetic sense—it fits well with the property. We stayed there 8 nights. The hotel is a only short distance from the center, and it’s an easy walk to most parts of the city. We would definitely stay there again.

I have no complaints about the property. My only complaint is about the lack of communication. I had a question and asked it through booking.com’s communication portal. I never received a response, so tried through the hotel’s own web site, but still no response. I tried calling the number listed on booking.com and the hotel’s own web site, but the listed number was for a different hotel. They gave me Mexicanos10’s number but no one ever answered. Once we arrived at the hotel, everything was great, but there was a lot of uncertainty before, since no one seemed to be there. There is, though, someone there 24 hours each day.

Easily one of the best boutique hotels I have been in. Every detail is thought trough with a lot of taste. It features a very small number of rooms and plenty of common areas (patio with seating areas, common lounge/living room, kitchen). I had booked a large room with plenty of space and also a very large bathroom. It was very well equipped and every element was matching the design style, incl. the retro clothes iron. I have seen some rooms are smaller, but that would still be fine due to the large common areas. Location: ca. 10 mins walk from the main square, 15-20 from the bus station. It is despite of that in a very quiet location.

I had trouble catching the wifi signal in parts of the room, then i discovered there is also another wifi network, with the same passwords and stronger signal.
