Big rooms, clean, air condition

Front desk staff booking out - extremely helpful Room is basic - exactly as expected, clean and comfortable Location is perfect for ADO bus station - and great place for breakfast across the road - Roosters

It was just perfect for my needs

The hotel has nice rooms and a great restaurant but maybe because of the period of our stay the room was too humid

Great location, spacious room even if slightly dark. Pool and sun beds were great too for relaxing and sun bathing.

Wish we could have checked in earlier as I’d requested but couldn’t be accommodated.

Friendly personnel, nice room and very good price! Swimming pool is very nice!

It’s a very green place and I love the thematic of the place.

Our toilet door was unable to close due was damaged. The hangers can improve tough.

We just spent one night at the Mezcal Hotel ahead of flying to Mexico City the next day. It was very clean and comfortable and had good facilities. Pool and bar area were very nice - great cocktails and snacks (didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on meals). We had to leave early so cannot comment on the buffet breakfast but the hotel staff very kindly made us a breakfast to go which was delicious. Good price and in a good location with various restaurants nearby.

Rooms are not like the photos, string musky smell. Unomfortable pillows. Some Front desk staff truly unhelpful/ uninterested.

Central to Ado Bus station to extend trip through Mexico and great restaurants for brunch around

The light inside of the room was really dark. No privacy in bathroom due to non real closing door.

The staff were all very friendly and very helpful for us! They helped us daily for us to manage to get around cancun. Cute place!

Everything! Loved the location, my room was so nice looking over the pool. The restaurant was great, they even let me take it back to my room. Staff were so nice too.

Only odd thing was that they keep a physical ID behind the counter for the duration of your stay. I am not sure if this is customary, it ended up being fine, but I felt a little uneasy handing over my ID as I haven’t had to do this for the whole stay before. But not a big deal :)

There was a lot wrong with our stay, hopefully feedback is listened to: -We initially thought the hotel overcharged us, by £10. Initially staff blamed it on us and said our banks must have charged fees, but our cards are zero fees abroad - it later transpired that they use a ridiculous exchange rate when you pay by card, which meant we were charged 9% more! We have travelled all through South and Central America, and this is the worst exchange rate we have ever seen! It’s unacceptable to rip off your customers like this and made us feel completely exploited and scammed. -Our room (Corona) really wasn’t great. The floors hadn’t been mopped in a while, very sticky, and the whole place was damp and smelled mouldy. We had to wash all our clothes when we left as they were all damp and smelled! -We had hot water the first evening we arrived, and then none for the rest of our stay so very cold showers. Raised with staff but not fixed. -The WiFi is an absolute joke. Rather than normal routers, you have to access via a website which makes you login every time you leave the hotel and come back. -The male supervisor at reception was nice. The main female staff member at reception and the female staff member in the restaurant were both pretty rude, dismissive and uninterested. -The cleaners woke us up early in the morning shouting to each other outside our door, clearly don’t care about waking guests up -Location is ok but not the best. You have to walk a while to get anywhere. -Pool area looks good but is an uncomfortable layout with fake rocks in the pool everywhere, can’t swim comfortably. Also not cleaned often enough. -There is a shared kitchen but one fridge was broken, the second fridge had no shelves and was rammed and dirty. All pots, pans, utensils etc were greasy and not cleaned, disappointing.

Multiple spots in the bathroom were not clean.

Great Staff, Awesome Location… easy to get to from the ADO Cancun.
