    Nice room

Location too far from town but also not quiet and remote, which was what I thought I was getting by picking a place far away - still too many dogs and quad noises and not a pretty area

I had an exceptional stay at “Mis sueños Holbox”. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was great, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the swimming pool. The breakfast was also good. Location is great, just a few minutes walking to the center.

Just one thing, it would be nice if they had a mini fridge because of the weather you cant even keep a bottle of water long cause it gets warm pretty quick. Further everything was great. I highly recommend this place.

We booked a superior room with a garden view. We were assigned to a dark room with no view and when we asked to change or be refunded, the receptionist was rude and refused to help either way. We then found that the shower did not work and the WiFi did not stretch to the room, nor was there any signal. We again asked to be moved and this time a different member of staff agreed, however she admitted that they knew there was an issue with WiFi and water in the room we had initially been assigned. We were not given any compensation, nor an apology.

    Swimming pool, hammacs, coffee

Within 3 days stay, cleaning staff never came to our room. Despite we asked for daily cleaning at the reception. We run out the clean towels, and toilet paper. I had to go and snatch the toilet paper from shared restroom. If we only dump used toilet paper into the bin next to toilet, the smell would be unbearable. Awful and greasy breakfasts, with little to no choice. One of the kitchen chefs prepared fish for dinner to hotel guests, and dumped fish remaining through the balcony next to hotel. Which attracted lots of flies and disgusting smell. On our last day smell was so bad that we skipped the breakfast. Receptionist and staff did not speak English, and not even tried. Location is not very good. View from the hotel leads to unfinished building sites.

    Nice swimming pool

The road leading to the hotel is a nightmare—filled with foul-smelling ponds that make the journey quite unpleasant.

The accommodation is a little off the beaten track and can be reached either by cab from the harbor for 100 pesos in a few minutes, or on foot in a quarter of an hour. The architect and interior designer of the hotel has gone to great lengths to create a beautiful ambience with lots of wood and stylish design elements. In the inner courtyard is the pool with a small dining area and free drinking water. We were lucky and slept in the suite on the second floor, including a fat bathtub in the bedroom. Our balcony - like all the others - had a hammock to relax in. The included breakfast is typically Mexican (eggs or pancakes).

Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is unkempt and the sandy roads are sometimes very worn and impassable due to mud and standing water.

It was walking distance from the ferry and from the city center. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the size was perfect !

De people where really nice and it was really clean. Breakfast was also good. The location was 10-15 min walking to the center which is not really a problem.

It was good. Maybe it is nice if the restaurant would also be open in de midday or evening. I feel like no one really stayed because there wasn’t anything to do. At the same time it is very silent and peaceful.

Really lovely room. Staff super friendly, and felt safe. Good bed. Aircon.

Difficult to access by foot as night due to big puddles.

Nice staff. Beautiful room and balcony.

Just panckes or eggs at breakfast. Walls are thin, i could hear everything. A lot of trash surrounding the hotel.

Great and helpful staff! clean and tidy rooms and the facility was very cosy.

the pool was cold and it took a little time for the water in the shower to get warm. Aside from that, everything else was great :)

We had a great time at the hotel. It's conveniently located close to the center but in a quiet area. The pool area is very beautiful and the room is quite big and very clean. The hotel manager Carla was amazing and helped us with everything we needed (tours, taxis, recommendations,..). Take a taxi to get there as the streets are quite flooded. We would definitely stay here again :)

The hotel was beautiful with the pool as the centre of the property. The staff were amazing super friendly and attentive. The property is more like a bnb then hotel which gives a cosier vibe

It is a little bit out from the beach and Main Street but is still only 15 minutes walk. There is a bit of a lack of outdoor seating area so when it’s busy it could get a little crowded
