Gaps around the doors meant that mosquitos could fly in to the room. Broken chairs and loungers around the pool. Lots of events for the public in the hotel during our stay which were busy and noisy.

Very old bathroom that didn’t match pictures. Reservation said my “meal plan” was MX 180 for breakfast, but the hotel did not respect the price and charged us almost twice. Bed linen and mattress were very old and not comfortable.

There is no fridge in the rooms.

We found the hotel looking at their junior suites. Unfortunately, we could only book a standard room. The standard room has not been renovated but is straight out of the 80/90s. After 1 night we were able to switch to a junior suite, which I can highly recommend. It is very spacious and new. The beds in the junior are moveable, so we could push it to the wall for the kids not to fall out. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The pool and the garden of the hotel have soooo much potential. Seems like both areas need a little more attention.

I loved my stay at Mission De Los Angeles, great swimming pool with Beautiful Garden surrounding the hotel. The Staff was very helpful & very friendly. Also a nice restaurant.

Breakfast was not great, we only had the american breakfast included. They do a huge buffet breakfast option too which we didn't have - but that may have been better. It was a very expensive rate but that is likely due to the day of the dead celebrations - I'm not sure how it compares to other hotels locally at other times of the year.

Nice hotel, large, comfortable room which was very clean. Big swimming pool which was very refreshing and a bar at the pool for drinks. Walking distance to Jalatlaco and the Centro Historico (taxis are also very cheap and easy). Staff were friendly and helpful. We did some laundry and it was returned very quickly. We also arrived very early on check in day due to an overnight bus and there was a room available so they let us check in very early which was much appreciated!

Everything was nice, I just didn't like that we had 2 small beds instead of one big one, but I suppose that just the room we had

The facilities- unfortunately we had to change rooms 3 times, for lots of reasons including- air conditioning not working, air conditioning leaking, safety box broken, no hot water, wifi not working etc.

The location- walking distance into the main part of town was great. The pool was a welcome place to relax at the end of the day.

The property is in a fair condition. The room is comfortable, however the rest of the facilities like gym and pool need to be updated

The water in the pool didn't look clean. I couldn't hear a pump circulating the water and we couldn't smell any pool cleaning solutions.

Having the restaurant on site, was convenient, plus the food was delish! The greenery and landscape around the property added a very special Oaxacan touch to our visit.
