Good location, helpful staff

Bedbugs caused lots of discomfort, facilities are old, breakfast buffet was expensive and just average

The hotel looked very nice, the place is beautiful.

The pool was super dirty, we used it a couple of times when it was still acceptable but the last day we were looking forward to spending our last hours at the pool and it was disgusting, the whole three pool areas had white thin scabs of something plus insects, dirt and grass. The food was extremely expensive and not that good, I wasn’t given towels to begin with and I didn’t get towels until close to when I was leaving even though I called three different times throughout my stay.

The location, the staff, and the outside space

The beds and pillows as well as the bathroom. Lighting was dark which made it all feel dirtier than it really was.

The grounds were lovely. The pool was clean and well maintained. Location is terrific.

Need new and more comfortable chairs/lounges around the pool.

The breakfast. lunch and dinner accommodations were perfect. Staff was really nice and great to chat with. I loved that the hotel had taxi service. The size of the room was great, especially since I travelled with family. Location was perfect. Walking distance from a pharmacy, liquor store, and downtown area (10 minute walk). This was perfect since we wanted to stay away from all the noise and traffic of the downtown area.

I think the quality of the hotel could be improved. It's a little run down. Also, we were 4 in my family and struggled the nine days we stayed at the hotel to get towels. Despite the hotel staff cleaning the room on a daily basis, they would leave two towels only (the first two days), then three towels (the following three days), and towards the last few days of our stay, no towels at all. My mother and I didn't mind walking to the place where they wash all the linen to ask staff for towels, but my father and sibling were not very happy. For the price I paid, I don't think it was worth my money. If you plan to stay at this hotel, I recommend you pay extra for the rooms near the pool. Those rooms are actually newly renovated, cleaner, and more pleasant. Otherwise, choose a hotel in the downtown area of Oaxaca, which are much more cozier and cleaner.

Area is nice and cool

Location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown (no more than 15-20 minutes), many food options in the surrounding area in addition to the local restaurant (great food by the way)

As lots of green surrounding area, it's normal to expect outside animals to crawl in the room, so make sure to keep doors closed to avoid surprises lol.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Very helpful staff. The room was very nice, Daily housekeeping, the food in the restaurant was delicious, which is usually not the case in hotels. 15 minute walk from Santo Domingo.

There were no electric outlets by the bed, but there are enough outlets by the desk to connect several devices so it’s all good.

Location was excellent. We like to walk. 10 minute walk to El Llano, 30 minute walk to El Zocalo.

Hotel could use a little upkeep. Hallways were kind of dark. Need some better lighting.

Hotel feels very dated. Its best days were probably decades ago. Our room had a view of a parking area, so it wasn't something to remember. Pictures of the pool make it look like a luxurious tropical resort, but it looks different in person.

The area is beautiful, all the big trees create a refreshing, peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and everyone was very friendly. The place is very quiet, fresh and beautiful. There are several restaurants nearby but the restaurant inside has delicious food, fresh fruit in the morning, with fresh sweet pastries and their hot chocolate is authentic. I had the privilege to bring my family here and everyone is already planning our next trip here.
