The place is amazing, it's very nice to wal from the room to the lobby. The breakfast is super good, food has a 10!

ColombiaWe enter to the room and my husband stepped in a piece of glass in the floor. The manager came to us and apologized. They cleaned the room but it was still little pieces of glass on the floor. The beds and pillow not confortables at all. The restaurant could be much better. They run out of most of the dishes. The service is Ok they are nice but could be Muuuch better. Needs attention to detail and still very basic little things to be a luxury hotel.

United StatesThe hotel is old, the beds are hard and the rooms have tons of mosquitoes. We had to ask for bud killer spray. We were having breakfast at the main restaurant on Saturday November 16, 2024 and we had the most disgusting experience, my daughter was eating her quesadilla she found a long dark hair inside of the quesadilla! My mom ordered a green smoothie. She was drinking it and she found the sticker from the apple that they used to do the smoothie. She was drinking it and felt a piece of paper and it was the sticker, she had to take it out of her mouth. I called the Chef and told her this was unacceptable. Evidently the food in the restaurant is not prepared with hygiene at all I got sick on the evening of November 16th after we had dinner at the restaurant and now I feel it is because of their hygiene standards. I had to return the chicken I ordered because it was raw. The facilities are terrible , there’s no Gym at all and the tennis courts are old , you can tell they haven’t had maintenance. The shower from our room called “ Amatista” was not cleaned , it had dead bugs. We will never stay again at this hotel.
We only liked the gardens of the hotel.

South KoreaPlease note that while it says "no kids" the hotel does accept children. The food is nice -except the chicken, avoid. Overall the food menu is quite small, a good tip is to order by the pool for increased options. The hotel offers a morning coffee break just outside the rooms, while appreciated, the noise this makes disturbs your sleep. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on Sunday morning but we were surprised by the amount of chlorine in it (!)
Location isn't great if you are planning to go out. Otherwise, the hotel compound is nice with lots of greenery and water -an oasis.
