Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Our room was wonderful. I loved the bathtub, a rarity. Close to walk to the mall for a variety of foods. Great location to walk the dogs. Felt very safe.

The check in staff was incredibly helpful and multilingual which was a great benefit to a non Spanish speaker. Everything was provided in writing, too. The room was HUGE and gorgeous. Definitely cannot beat the price for the beautiful space.

MexicoThere is no laundry service as shown in the pictures, also there is no kitchen and no microwave as shown in the pictures, also there is no external trash bin. finally: there is no way to understand the owner's rules. I mean, the owner was almost invisible during the stay, never asked if I needed any service, and then, suddenly, behaved very rudely, almost as if I invaded the place. It seems like he/she is not educated on tourists' treatment. Also, it seems like the city tax should be paid in an external office, far away from the location. The owner does not make it easy to pay the city tax, and then my inbox suddenly got a lot of messages asking me to pay less than 20 euros instead of charging them from the credit card. I just decided to ignore those rude messages, I defer that to booking. I hope not all Prague city owners behave that rude, it is a shame. Very bad experience.
I like the location, it is close to the most beautiful bridge in the town. Also, the building is very clean and comfy. Warm beds, really beautiful decoration. The blankets, pillows, and towels are really elegant and comfy. It is a great, great place. 100% recommended. The street was animated during the day.

The hotel looks great, rooms are very spacious, beds super comfortable, everything in the hotel is sparking clean, and with a special decoration and style. The staff was very friendly... only point for improvement would be their knowledge of the way booking.com works and how to handle this with customer. We also loved the surroundings which has a lot of green areas to walk around.

United KingdomThe 'full American breakfast' was either 2 eggs on their own on a plate OR a bowl of museli. It seemed to be that this limited breakfast was only applied to booking.com guests as other guests were allowed a normal breakfast including toast, bacon etc. Since you pay the full price for breakfast in addition to the room rate it feels a bit fraudulent and certainly does not make you feel welcome. Had to change room as there is not really any soundproofing between rooms, moved to a much quieter room in the end though. Also, our own fault for leaving it out, but some money went missing from our room.
After a checking in process that seemed unduly problematic, the staff went out of their way to be polite and helpful and make our stay very comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious and the foyer and grounds were well maintained and well designed. My Mum had some extra requests for her stay as she had just come from hospital and was recuperating and they did their best to meet all requests. Checking out was great and staff were very helpful after I misplaced my passport.
