The people are super nice

Mole dish I know is not the property but it was at their restaurant.

Our room was wonderful. I loved the bathtub, a rarity. Close to walk to the mall for a variety of foods. Great location to walk the dogs. Felt very safe.

Just spent one night. No complaints.

Rooms were spacious, super clean and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond. Would recommend.

One of the rooms had a slight smell of sewage. Nothing that impacted the stay.

It felt a little old

We liked the spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and great buffet breakfast. The hotel is set away from the road so is very quiet but close enough to the city sights if you have a car like we did.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The silence

I like the location, it is close to the most beautiful bridge in the town. Also, the building is very clean and comfy. Warm beds, really beautiful decoration. The blankets, pillows, and towels are really elegant and comfy. It is a great, great place. 100% recommended. The street was animated during the day.

There is no laundry service as shown in the pictures, also there is no kitchen and no microwave as shown in the pictures, also there is no external trash bin. finally: there is no way to understand the owner's rules. I mean, the owner was almost invisible during the stay, never asked if I needed any service, and then, suddenly, behaved very rudely, almost as if I invaded the place. It seems like he/she is not educated on tourists' treatment. Also, it seems like the city tax should be paid in an external office, far away from the location. The owner does not make it easy to pay the city tax, and then my inbox suddenly got a lot of messages asking me to pay less than 20 euros instead of charging them from the credit card. I just decided to ignore those rude messages, I defer that to booking. I hope not all Prague city owners behave that rude, it is a shame. Very bad experience.

Quiet, well treed, clean, and friendly staff.

The property is next to the river, which is polluted and smelled like a raw sewer. Some days the stench was almost unbearable, some days hardly noticeable, but it was a constant factor in our stay.
