The room was clean and the staff were very kind. The location is very nice. Everything is close. Beaches and Malecón around.

Nothing

The location is great, and the value/price is right in line with what I expected. The breakfast staff was super friendly, and didn't mind me asking for a third/fourth cup of coffee. I did a long term stay here and was very satisfied with my experience.

I'd like a little more variety at breakfast than toast and coffee. It was still more than enough and there's plenty of good street food nearby, but having a little something extra to start the day would be great.

The AC

booked this hotel at the last minute and really expected more for what I paid. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the room lacked even basic amenities — not even a bottle of water to brush my teeth, which is important where the tap water isn’t safe. The water pressure in the shower dropped to almost nothing mid-use. I couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work, and when I showed up just 10 minutes after breakfast hours ended, I was told there was no more coffee — no flexibility or hospitality at all. Overall, this place just felt like it was doing the bare minimum. Wouldn’t return unless I had absolutely no other option.

Liked the location, very close to everything in El Centro, three blocks from El Malecón and also to the beach. Two blocks from the bus stop..

Where do I start? Very dated place, small room and smaller bathroom. Extremely noisy from outside and inside, you can actually hear the rooms around you flush the toilet!! Anyone talking in the hallway feels as if they’re in your room. Guests were in the balcony till 2 am and staff did nothing about it even when we complained.

The location is amazing, easy to reach the long beach nearby !! Full of restaurants and shops around the area.

The noise did not let us sleep properly and the hotel is really old... !!

Excellent location

A pool

Having never been to PV we weren't sure what area to stay in, we are very happy with our choice, the hotel is set back a few blocks from the beach so not much road noise but very close to everything this neighborhood has to offer. The hotel is very clean and safe and well managed. The room is very basic so my high marks are based on us knowing that and for the price you get exactly what you expect. I do suggest you bring your own instant coffee, in the morning they include coffee and toast with butter and jam, we enjoyed this light breakfast but the coffee is VERY weak, we wondered why they don't just ad a couple of extra scoops of coffee when they make it? We would definitely stay there again.

Weak coffee, wifi was pretty spotty but in general the whole area's wifi was hit and miss.
