Well located, close to the bus terminal. Helpful staff, clean

It was very clean. No issues with staff. The pool was very clean.

The beds were SO uncomfortable. They also put the AC on at 19, and I had to sleep in a sweatshirt and pants. I could not sleep from being so cold with just a sheet to cover. The curtains dont cover your space all the way. The rooms feel dingy. Needs better lighting.

Location, big bed, cheap rates, private bathroom

They turn off AC during the day, it was horrible in the room even with a fan. The pillow was too flat for me so I had trouble sleeping and the bed is a little too firm for me too.

Lots of things! It was really close to the bus station so great for arrivals and departures, also for catching buses to explore the area. The hostel was really clean and I found all the staff very friendly and helpful.

Location was really ideal. Close to Ado bus, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, evening and weekend markets and the beach is a few minutes away. The owner and all staff were really kind. The kitchen is equipped. Bedrooms are spacious and storage is enough. The pool is clean and good for a lazy/slow day. I like that they clean rooms/beds every day. Kudos to the mango tree by the pool area - sweetest mangoes in Cancun.

It can get hot and humid really quick in Cancun, so probably get fans for the bedrooms when the ac is switched off (8-8pm)

Perfect location, very close to the ADO bus station, which was great since we had to wake up early to catch our bus to Belize City. The man at reception was really friendly and helpful. It’s exactly what we expected, definitely not a luxurious place, but it’s clean, has good beds and, like I said, the location is perfect. Also, great street tacos just around the corner. Olé!

Only 2 minutes walk from Cancun town center's Ado bus station. The hostel is on a safe and quiet street, with plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby. The hostel is tidy and clean, with a modern swimming pool and outdoor lounge area just like a hotel. It has a kitchen and dining area where you can heat up a small meal. Each dorm bed has its own lamp and a curtain but not completely covered, better than none. No mosquitoes not even in the washroom and shower stall.

The shower stalls are divided by semi-transparent plastic panel sheets, and able to see a silhouette of the person in the next shower stall. There is no hook or place to put clothing inside the shower stall, must place them outside in the common area, it's a problem to undress and place the clothing in the common area, nude before going into the shower in the common area. One suggestion to this hostel owner or manager, is to put a hook on inside the door, and hang a shower curtain between the door and the shower, this is to keep the clothing dry while showering. This is the only major problem in this hostel.

Location, it’s pretty close to the coach station. Staff, lovely staff always kind.

The pool is cleaned several times a day. Complimentary coffee, tea and water, spacious kitchen. Bunk beds with good space between them. Bathroom in the bedroom.

Towels not included

Excellent location. Clean room and linens. Good experience overall. Good value.

Mattress has seen better days comfort wise. Fawcett and safe maintenance required.

Staff friendly enough. Showers, bathrooms, rooms fairly good standard. Small pool area.. Only really gets sun in the morning

Dissapointed as I think they can do better. Air con is only available 8pm to 8am and controlled by staff. However rooms end up very very cold by midnight and everybody has only a thin sheet of bedding. They need to adjust temps or let people in rooms control the temp. The kitchen needs to have more cutlery and a kettle even. There is a staff fridge(large) and clients fridge(small) and of course you get selfish clients who abuse this by placing a week's shopping in there leaving no space

Close to the ADO

Dirty sheets, beds full of bugs, crazy noise at night and in the morning hundreds of birds shrieking due to the park besides. Only book if you are short on money, else its a terrible choice

The location was very convenient. I stayed just one night because I was only passing through Cancun after flying into the airport. About one street away from the ADO bus terminal. It's very clean and the pool seems nice, though I didn't get a chance to use it because of my short stay.

So close to ADO bus station

Better than I had expected. Superbly close to ADO but quiet enough to sleep. Room is clean and comfy with good AC. The male staff who tended to us was a bit annoyed that we came in at 1am but I did inform the property beforehand. Only annoying thing is that they had to start construction at 8am when we were still very tired from arriving late before.

Great location for ADO bus station. Also some nice places to eat nearby so a perfect stop over. Basic, clean rooms. Nice small pool.
