I actually don't have any complaints. This isn't a party property though which is okay. It's a hidden gem that's beautiful and quiet. I actually like it. Especially when you are out all day doing excursions. Oh, and I would say the roads around the property are terrible.

Naboa is like the perfect hidden gem. I had a blast. The time there were only two other people on the property. Very quiet and I loved my room. My room was huge and right next to the pool. The room was spacious, I loved the outside bathtub and shower. Lets talk about the food. The food was amazing and I loved how it wasn’t expensive. I will definitely come back.

I had the perfect stay at this hotel and honestly didn’t want to leave. The rooms were super comfortable, spotless and well designed, the pool was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Absolutely nothing!

Everything, from the suite to the speaker in the room. Everything was beyond expectations, and it happened that I was the only resident since it had just opened so I had the place all to myself. Armando was so nice to me too!

This hotel is located in between the beach and downtown which made it very easy to go to both. The staff was very kind and assisted us with transportation from airport as well as helping us to rent scooters. My friends and I fell in love with the rooms from the moment we walked in , the room was HUGE and very clean and new. The bathroom is extraordinary. We loved chilling by the pool and drinking cocktails from the restaurant. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect

I moved to this hotel from the beach as there was a lot of seaweed there, and I am so glad I did. It was new, beautifully designed, spacious and even had a restaurant on site. The staff were so kind and helped me with every small request I had. Even though my stay was short, I did not want to leave the property and will definitely return on my next trip to Tulum!

I have come to Tulum many times and this is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are extremely spacious and well designed, the outdoor bathroom with bathtub is AMAZING, and the tiny details are so well thought out . The staff from the moment I walked in were so welcoming and friendly and attended to any request I had. The hotel is brand new and has a beautiful pool and a very tasty restaurant on site. I would highly recommend and from now this will be my hotel of choice when I return.
