MexicoI made a reservation in Concur directly, the price was shown was without taxes. At my arrival I was noticed of a higher night rate due to taxes were included. I would be better if the rate shown at CONCUR appears from the beginning with complete taxes.

United StatesWhere to start. Reception was good. When arrived to the room, there was a puddle of water by the ac. Maintenance came and cleaned it up. Took a shower, towels were ripped and old. Not a Hilton standard on my opinion and for the price paid. Shower drain was not draining correctly and water was staying like a big puddle. Next morning , my daughter took a long shower and the whole room flooded. Called reception and they sent the cleaning lady, poor girl was taking forever to clean the room. We could not change clothes or walk confortable on that room. I called reception again to tell that the amount of water was a lot and needed help to assist my 84 years old mother in law , we didn’t want her to fall, or help with the luggage because it was flooded. Well, nobody came and we walked away by themselves.. no apology whatsoever, just “ we will close that room for maintenance,it has many problems “ Definitely, not a Hilton experience.

When I took a shower , I noticed that the water was staying and not going through the drain as it should. Towels were old, you could see holes and rips. I did not expect this on a Hilton hotel. In the morning when my daughter took a long shower, we did noticed until the complete room was flooded because the drain did not work properly. It was very uncomfortable and dangerous. I called the lobby and they sent the maintenance girl, poor girl by herself was taking forever to take the water out. I asked the lobby to send somebody to help because my mother in a 84 years old lady could fall. Nobody was sent and we have to keep on walking on a flooded floor. No apologies, just “ we will close that room today for maintenance “
I was expecting a Hilton experience. I liked the outside and lobby. The spa was wonderful as well

MexicoA/C is super smelly, noisy and it was in a very bad shape so it didn’t work properly Maintenance people decided to start painting occupied floors so the smell was extremely heavy I arrived at 2 pm and I was told that they didn’t have rooms ready until 3 pm (check in time) when they realized that I was hilton diamond miraculously a room appeared! For me that is disgusting. Never again

United StatesThe pool is. Mini pool; the day we arrived was full of kids and no room to swim. The beach entrance is horrible, there are no pool beds or anything to sit down on, also, the entrance to the beach is completely unsafe. When we check in, around 6 pm, the valet parking, the main desk, and all the employees I cross-part with were rude I had to request a change of rooms 3 times. The first change was my fault because when I booked with booking.com, by the way, I will never use this service again, I request a double queen room, trusting I never recheck the reservation and I reserved 1 room for 3 people with one bed; the receptionist at Hilton change it for one double but advised that she will not be able to give me a room with two beds the next day. The second time I changed rooms was because the air conditioner was not working correctly; thank G-d the night shift was already in and the receptionist assigned us another room after the maintenance person was sent. Those two people were super nice and helpful. Finally, I stay in one room that works perfectly, but it has a roach walking around the bathroom vanity and on the last day I have a weird-looking bug dead in my bed. Also, the hotel was doing some repairs, and the smell in the rooms was unbearable; a gasoline-like smell, and the air conditioning in the lobby was off at a100 degrees temperature. That gives me a horrible migraine for two consecutive days.

MexicoThe room was filthy, with no amenities except for shampoo and conditioner (website advertised coffee machine, which was never brought to us), no iron, filthy short-circuited hair dryer, there was a towel under the AC to prevent leakage, the AC was super noisy, the desk chair and the window blinds were filthy as well. Restaurant service was poor as well. The grass surrounding the pool was in very poor shape, the bathrooms in the swimming area smelled really bad, and there was only one employee to provide service in that area. Room cleaning was very poor.

The breakfast was great. Special thanks to mr. Arturo Carkajal who served very well each day at the breakfast hall. There was also a public event at the weekend which started at 07:00 in the morning bith saturdays and sundays with a big loud / noises. I.need to add the bad internet connection on the top of these remarks. They need to improove alot
