The property is currently in renovation it it’s facade so You arrive to a sort of construction site. Inside they have a lobby where you check in. There was only one person and the system Was down. So we couldn.’t check in at 2:40… we went to get lunch. When we tried again at 5 they had just had a blackout and systems were gone again. So they gave us a room. And said they would send the keys later. Never happened. We had to go get them.

The a/c was not working in my room. I had to call a couple times to get someone up to look at it. The got it working but would not say it was great. However, it was ok for one night.

The shower didn’t work very well. It took a long time to get the water body temperature. Also, even though we asked the cleaning lady for 2 coffee pods, she said she can only provide 1 regular and 1 decaf pod. She didn’t leave creamer.

The rooms are spacious, modern. The bed is comfortable. It’s quiet. Nice shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The location is great.

There were no drawers in the room and the first night we only had towels for one. Took several days to get two washcloths without asking. The breakfast buffet was great, but not always real hot. They seemed to be short staffed, as tables weren’t always cleared. One day I had to ask two or three times to get someone at the omelette station.

It was very clean and the staff very friendly… except for the omelette guy. It was a good location for us, because we had family nearby in Arboleda, a charming area of shops and restaurants.

I stayed there a couple of weeks ago on floor 9. Everything was great then. This time I stayed in floor 3. Bathroom looked unkept and the room felt not as fresh as last time. You could tell everything looked old and a bit crusty.

The location is great. Safe to say. The mall next to it is being remodeled so take that into consideration.

My when we checked in, they didn’t give me the room I booked with a king size bed after some fighting. They gave me a king size bed, which turned out to have a broken bathroom. They assigned me three rooms and they finally ended up giving me an upgrade to a suite which also had a malfunctioning shower and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for maintenance to fix it before I could get a shower.

Amazing location in San Pedro. Nice confortable hotel

The bed was terrible and now set properly and every time I turned it made a terrible noise. Also it was quite difficult to access to the lobby since the main entrance was closed. Had to go around the parking lot of the shopping center.

Shower floor leaked into toilet floor. Did not like that they did mot make my room on day 2 of my stay

2 of the staff at the reception a woman that I saw at arraving and when I was leaving she was not very nice, and spoked ruthly also wanted to charge me again for parking, she found the payment and a men I was doing the check in with him, while the phone ran and he picked up then I was ignored, so the ruth lady took over, I paid the first parking with her. and I thought the check in was done, but they did not do anythig . Later in the afternoon I came back to find out that they had me there for while waisting my time, Another yough and nice lady did my check in

the room refrigerator was empty when i arrived and so i put a couple of purchased drinks in it but, while i was out, someone stocked the refrigerator and locked it, along with my already purchased drinks. it took 4 phone calls to the front desk to get them to unlock the refrigerator

There was an ironşing board but no iron in the room, the fridge was locked, the safe was locked as well.
