The view from the room was below expectations. More importantly, the soundproofing of the room was inadequate — noises from the neighbouring room were very noticeable, which was particularly uncomfortable for us as we were travelling with children. This significantly impacted our overall experience, and I believe better insulation or noise control measures are needed to ensure guest comfort.

The bathroom needs significant attention. We were disappointed to find old, worn-out towels, leaking fixtures, and a slippery floor. Basic supplies like facial tissues were also not available. The soundproofing between rooms is poor. The air freshener in the lobby was very strong and a bit overpowering upon arrival.

Ideally located two blocks from the Zócalo, close to major sights. Attentive staff. Offers a comfortable and clean bed for resting. The hotel includes a fitness center, rooftop pool, and parking next door. Breakfast provides made-to-order eggs with personalized options.

The hotel is a bit dated. Some of the stuff in the rooms was broken - eg fridge didn't work, soap dispenser fell off the wall. Probably not a 4 star hotel by today's standards. But it was fine for our needs.

A comfortable hotel. We liked using the gym in the morning, and the kids enjoyed the rooftop pool. We also liked the freshly cooked eggs at breakfast.

There was a lot of noise from 12am to 3am. I don't understand why nobody from the staff is checking the cameras on the floors.

It was dissapointing that most TV channels were available only in English... We are in Puebla Mexico and channels should be mostly available in SPANISH for mexican customers... also all Movie stream apps did not work so we had a very boring quiet evening in our room as there was no internet connection to use any streaming app & the TV was only in English. We were looking forward for a cozy movie night, but instead we just turned off the lights.

The WiFi and internet was abysmally slow in the room to the point we could use it.

Location is perfect, staff was very friendly and remembered one of us had dietary restrictions. Overall a very good choice in Puebla.

The particular wing of rooms that we stayed at was undergoing maintenance/renovations so it was a little messy. Some of the carpets were stained as well as the walls. The rooms were clean and well maintained however.

NH Puebla is a wonderful hotel located in the historic district of Puebla. Wonderful buildings all around with an incredible atmosphere. Overall, it was a great stay in the city of Puebla!

Cheese for my omlette, my friend's door card did not work the entire stay. She had to keep going back to the main dexk to get it fixed. very bad service on that. Also, her heater did not work the first night.

We both liked the breakfast. I particularly liked the decaf coffee available in the espresso machine. Custom made omlettes were good, but inexpliecably no option for cheese on my second breakfast

I booked a single room for the four of us (2 kids and us) and there was only 1 small bottle of water and 2 towels.

Breakfast is excellent. The location is very good, less than 10 min walk to the cathedral and Palafoxiana library.

The rooms are a bit spartan. Maybe some frames on the walls and a different color scheme would make the space a bit warmer. And a coffee maker in the room would be much appreciated.

Staff are really kind and helpful and service is great.

There were two people in the room but only one bottle of water provided (?) Would have liked to have had a face towel as well as a bath towel. Noise from adjoining room early in the morning.

One day there was no hot water on the shower, the pictures of the pool are misleading since it’s actually very small.

Excellent location including valet parking, friendly staff, large and very comfortable room which feels was recently renovated.

Tv didn’t work, blurry screen like it was really old. No more than 3 channels to watch unless you pay. Couch was ripped, abused, dirty and with stains everywhere, I never sat on it, I only used it to place my luggage on it

If you’re looking for a hotel with air conditioning and proximity to the zocalo this is a good hotel. Can’t rate any other services.

The bathroom was a little dirty (shower, sink). I ordered chalupas at the restaurant, and they were literally ONE string of meat. My humble advice is: don't order chalupas. The rest of the food was delicious!

-Amazing personnel. -Comfortable room. -Great location. You can walk everywhere. -Yummy, and plenty of breakfast.

Toilet did not work in room and they had to change me to another. The older part of the hotel is showing its age.D
