Bed and pillows are hard. Kitchen is stocked but spare (ie. No can opener, no dishtowel, only 2 silverwares). No TV in living room.

Spacious and clean apartment. Bottled water provided. Nice location with beautiful grounds. Relatively quiet area at night with lots of construction but only during the day. Massage available on-site. Nice light blocking shades.

The room we stayed in had an outdoor tub, it was very nice to use. My only complaint is that the tub was not super clean, but of course may be due to being outside in the elements.

The views of the lake were spectacular, especially in the morning! The room was clean, spacious and the patio was very nice. We received a complimentary hour of kayaking on the lake, we also played paddle ball. I would definitely come back for another stay!

The things I dislike, there were thousands of mosquitoes after 6 pm, in the shower the water didn't drained well.

When I saw the pictures of the place I felt in love with the room, when you arrive it's indeed a beautiful view to the lake, it's comfortable, relaxing, and refreshing.

not so clean and needs a little more detail maintenance. the mattress had a foam top that should be cover with a mattress cover and not just with a sheet. in other words the bedding was poor. No toiletries. a safety box very small and not attached to anything. love their breakfast! Our first night we find out that we were alone in the hotel, we found another couple that like us , we’re trying to find someone from the staff and nobody was in. After a while the gate keeper or someone in charge of something, showed up and trying to help. Very strange feeling.

This place is incredible! Our cabin was perfectly designed, very private, with loads of light and beautiful views, super comfortable huge bed and a terrace with amazing views including the sunset. We loved hanging out by the pool and kayaking on the lake. Staff were very nice.

The property was locked when We arrved at 10:20 pm it took 45 minutes to finally be greated by a guy who did not know anything, he looked like ge was drunk and the place was super dark

The property has alot of potential, but you need a lamp at night just to walk around, they turn all lights off feels like a Horror movie inside the hotel.

The price I paid was not worth it at all!!! The room it’s not what they show on the pictures!! Rooms have some many issues like many scratches on wall and furniture, constantly running out not hot water, really bad and uncomfortable beds and when it rains it leaks!! We woke up one morning to a wet mattress and when ask to change it all they did to flip it over, went out for Breakfast and when we came back they have move our personal belongings to the living room with out asking. The pool water was very slimy and it smelt very bad, the Jacuzzi water same horrible slimy hot water that has been sitting for years and with a lot of ants crawling around it. At reception staff were not friendly at all and not willing to accommodate after mentioning that we have been traveling all night and wanting to rest only because you don’t look a certain way and especially because we were a gay couple. We felt very uncomfortable and constantly got those kind of looks.. We had to stayed the whole stay only because we were not going pay for another hotel specifically when we have spent a lot of money there. Would love a Refund for what we went through.

What I like about this property was the location and that it’s gated which I felt safe which is was really important to us. The consent of the property it’s good very nice garden, pool, it’s right by the lake great views. This property can be what they show if their pictures and Unfortunately they about that too. Fake pictures!

The property seemed to be well maintained on the first look but the pool was kind of dirty, the hot tub as well & the lake area in front of the suites was full of trash. In addition to that there lots of insects and huge spiders in the room making it difficult to relax at times. I expected more for this price.

The property itself was beautiful & right on the lake. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The vibe was very quiet, peaceful - perfect for couples trying to relax. The location was great as well & close to everything.
