We have issues with the payment, since they don’t have good connection. The service of towels is out ridiculous not having or giving extra towels, specially if you have a pool. It’s very difficult to get all luggage upstairs without an elevator.

It could be better with just a few details, mini bars and microwaves in the rooms will be very useful, the sinks are smalls and some rooms looks a bit old.

The price is good related to what you get. The location is good, very close to the pier you can arrive walking and a few blocks away from the "downtown", and a very quiet place to rest. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The wifi did not work in my room. I told the staff about it several times- but it was never fixed. The wifi by the reception was ok. There are NO refrigerators in the room nor a communal fridge on the hotel’s grounds. Also, they allow dogs in the rooms so you might get stuck next to a ‘barker’ which you will definitely be able to hear through the thin walls.

The location is only about 5 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to the town’s Main Street. The plunge pool was nice to use at night. The room size was good. The staff are very sweet and try to be helpful.

I believe the hotel needs to mention in booking's site that they don't provide pool towels. That was an annoyance to hear that upon arrival.

The room was very spacious and the bed was truly a king, which was great! We had a corner unit which made our balcony even more delightful. Out of 5 nights we only used the air conditioning the last night, thanks to the lovely balcony and being a corner unit. The pool was lovely, as was the rooftop patio space.

WiFi does not work and the hotel does not have common spaces for chill or work. Also the location could be better

Water went out on our last. When we asked about it at reception it was happening across the island.

The location was a short walk from the ferry terminal, very close to the center but on a much quieter street. Free water to fill bottles up at reception. Good for the money if you're on a budget.

Shower wasn’t the best, but we let them know during check out. Also, be aware to leave the windows close as a lot of dust comes from the street, which is not their fault, actually, they made great effort on trying to keep rooms and property clean. Could have a fridge as well.

The pool wasn't very clean one of the days but this was rectified. The rooms need some tlc. The fridge in the common area was dirty.

The staff were very nice and helpful. TV has netflix. The room was a good size and the beds were comfy. Housekeeping did a very good job keeping the floors clean from the sand and dust. It was a clean hotel with no bug issues and we were on the ground floor. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and main strip. The roof terrace is a nice place to chill by the pool.

Unfortunately each day we would have atleast 2 giant cockroaches roaming our room climbing our stuff when we would come back at like 4pm. Can deal with cockroaches as we have been travelling for a long time and stayed in horrible places. But this hotel is actually very clean and nice it's just unfortunate. We covered the drains so no clue where they were coming from but they were HUGE. And crawling over our pillows, clothes everything. It's a problem that really put us off. Lots of places we've stayed have had them in the bathroom or odd one in the room which is fine we will deal with this but this was most days. And they were so big they clearly have been thriving. A shame as otherwise everything was great for the cost of the hotel and as expected. Pool needs to be cleaned as very still and quite dirty but it's not really the reason you stay anyway.

So this hotel was good value for money, clean, the air con was good, room was big and nice hot shower.

The shower has no pressure, I missed a good shower after beach. Very loud neighbors - they allowed a family of 6 people in a small room of two. No proper blanket - they only provide a sheet cover. There is no foot tower in front of the shower. No fridge. Rooftop pool dirty.

Good location. Good price value. Friendly staff. They offer nice tours at the reception. Close to everything. Safe.

Great location close to the city center and the ferry harbour so no problem leaving very early. The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were nice. The roof pool isn't big but as expected and clean and a nice possibility to just cool of.

Probably too expensive for what you get. It’s a little bit far from the centre and the room is very basic. It would benefit from some lamps in the room. Also, the walls are very thin! You can hear the TV of next-door, as well as every person who speaks (and shouts!) in the corridor - we were woken from our sleep multiple times, even with earplugs in.

Very big bedroom and private bathroom. Basic but clean and nice. Hotel pool is great - unfortunately we didn’t have good weather so we couldn’t use the terrace and pool much but it is really nice. Staff are friendly. Smart TV in the room.
