Facilities were clean, restaurant's food was great and location was convenient for me.

I was charged for breakfast a couple of times because the waiter never told us that some dishes on the menu were not included in the complementary breakfast. He waited until we finished our breakfast to tell us that we have to pay for the food not included on the breakfast. Something that can be nice is that your staff turn on the A/C at 3:00pm so the room and the bed is not that hot when you arrive. Especially on the west side rooms.

I didn't like the location of the hotel... It look great in the pictures when I was reserving but it turn out to be in a bad location...no security in the parking lot, parking lot is across the street...and hotel is not responsible for stolen items...and when arriving to the hotel there was an outage they had no electricity.

I loved the breakfast. The food as well as the service was amazing. I loved watching the sun rise over the mountains. I also like that this hotel has free parking accross the street.

Upon arrival the bed comforters looked worn with threads missing and our beds had long and short hairs in between the sheets. We called the staff but she only changed one bed even after we told her to change both beds. She took pictures of the hairs. I was disappointed that they don't have any washcloths, they didn't even know what I was asking for, so I had to wash with a bar of soap and just my hands. I had never been to a hotel without washcloths, seems to me a basic necessity to be able to shower. and even though we were four to this room we only got two towels and when I asked the staff for more she told me that I would have to wait for the next staff to come in but I explained to her that we needed to shower immediately to go to a funeral and that when she finally agreed to bring me towels.

The extremely high volume of music in the dining room. No private parking.

Staff...was excellent except for the staff in the restaurant at night....guys They were judgmental and not friendly when we went in to have a nice dinner... Asking if we had reservations ??? What? They never made eye contact and acted like the were doing us a favor by letting us stay . We felt awkward and decided to leave!!

-The room seemed to be the worst room in the building..... -Hand prints above the bed 😳 -The toilet seat was broken... -Water on the floor when we arrived we had to ask for a towel to clean.... instead of them offering to clean they just let us clean it up. -The air conditioner made so much noise we couldn't sleep....plus sounded like there was an explosion in the room above us..... very very noisy -The mattress was smaller than the frame so it was hard to get in and out of without hurting yourself. -The evening guy staff in the restaurant were not friendly they treated us very rudely. -No towel to get out of the shower.to step on... -A quarter of a roll of toilet paper. I read all the reviews before booking..since I had an excellent stay before I thought it was exaggerated... But it wasn't....all is true
