We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Cancun! The place was big, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was super nice and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We truly wish we had booked more nights—it was that good! We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! Totally value for money!

The property is perfectly located within a beach resort that offers all the amenities, making it an ideal choice for families. The beach is amazing, the pools are very nice and they offer activities for children and adults.

Be aware that the condo doesn’t include the resort’s all-inclusive options, these must be paid for separately, and the cost can add up quickly. You can buy and bring your own stuff though.

Great location! Right across from the mall, could jump on the bus easily! The hotel had 3 pools, lots of beach chairs, plenty of spots to refill your water bottle and a little store to buy things. I had a king bed and really like that there was also a comfortable chair to relax on and two smaller chairs with a little side table. Previous comments said the resort was aging and I could tell but that doesn’t affect your stay! I had to contact the owner for two small issues and they were prompt to reply!

Super busy, lots of kids, little noise control between the units- you can hear everything going on in the hallways and rooms around you! They provide a few snacks and drinks in the room but for a charge- I do think waters should be included.

We had a deluxe room and this was a great size! Nice and big and the bed was really comfortable. Extra bonus of the smart tv. Everything cleaned and well maintained. The resort was nice but there aren’t many options for food opposite the resort, the shopping centre has basic chain restaurants. Location was great - only a bus ride from Cancun centre, the bus is cheap and the stop outside the apartment. The host is really responsive.

The only issue we had was with the resort - beds are reserved all day with no one sitting on them and there aren’t many to begin with in comparison to the amount of people staying. We would have liked to have paid for all inclusive but felt this was an expensive daily charge. We are good customers and although it was great the communication with the owner we sometimes felt this was too much in the lead up to the stay.

The property manager/owner was in contact and very friendly the hole time always clarifying questions adequately. Facilities were very nice, kids friendly and very enjoyable for the hole family.

Good location

It smells! It is apparently something they put in the air conditioning unit but it takes your breath away & chokes you. They also have an inclusive package at the resort that you can buy separately as this apartment is an Airbnb. You must buy the inclusive package for all people staying in the apartment so if you are traveling with adult children or friends & you want to do different things on different days you can’t buy the package. You cannot buy drinks at the bar if you do not have the inclusive package, they will not even give you a water! You cannot use the laundry service which was an additional cost anyway as it is Airbnb. You are treated pretty badly if you do not purchase the all inclusive armband. All inclusive is not something common in Australia so was very new to us, we were happy to purchase at $120US a day but as we were traveling with adult children we wanted to do different things it didn’t really work out for us. E.g my husband and I did a 13 hour day trip so where not in the resort from 7am to 8pm, our adult children were unable to purchase the all inclusive wristbands for the day & have a resort day as you had to buy for every person in the room regardless of if you wet there or not. Considering it is a self contained apartment the facilities were not that great.

The hot tub doesn’t work!! and very dirty ! No washing machine although in the reservations says I will getting. All the ceiling in the living room are crumbling.

Location,access to pool and beach

This was only a hotel room ,not a condo. Dishes had to be washed in the bathroom. Stained towels needed to be changed at request and we received.. stained towels. Pkus a noticeable warnibg that if we stain or rip the towels we would be fined. We asked for a 3rd bed and were offered an inflatable mattress...only to find out it was deflating because it had a hole. We were told the "deflatable" mattress was "new" and no effort to do anything. As a result pretty much sleeping on the floor. A room in need of at least a makeover. Not recommendable at all

The location was perfect, it was also located on an all inclusive resort. You can get an all inclusive pass by day, which we thought was a good value instead of just buying all days. The owner is very responsive especially if there is an issue.

Room was unsanitary and not as described. The "2nd" bedroom is a part of the living room sectioned off with a curtain. There were blood and semen stains everywhere. Holes in the curtains, the bed was hard as concrete. Rust on the washer and in the shower area. Door knob was not correctly installed and very wobbly. Chairs were severly cracked. Outlets without face covers. We had a 1 year old with us, so not only was everything disgusting it was also unsafe. I should have read the reviews more closely. They are all bad. Do not stay here!
