Olbil was a magical oasis in the heart of Valladolid. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very informative and helpful. The attention to detail shows in every aspect/corner of Olbil. We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and constantly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought out. The entire property exudes charm and elegance, with a clear attention to detail that elevates the whole experience. We genuinely felt cared for throughout our stay, and there's no doubt—we will definitely be coming back!

The staff was very welcoming and professional, Eduardo at the reception with his bright smile as well as the attentive restaurant staff. I stayed in room 6 which is the last one on the ground floor and loved it. Beautifully decorated and with a calming view to the garden and all greenery outside, it was very peaceful. The bed was very comfy, the AC was blowing cold fresh air, and I rested well overnight. I decided to dine in the hotel restaurant, and oh boy what a lovely surprise. The menu consists of Spanish classics, tortilla espanola, pulpo alla gallega, croquettes etc. Everything was well executed in terms of quality, flavor and plating. I did enjoy my free margarita too :) Breakfast was included and also very good, with many options to chose from, well cooked and presented.

The shower flooded the bathroom

The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was amazing. The gardens were so beautiful and great the relax in, you almost forget you're in the middle of the city. It felt a safe neighbourhood to walk around in at night.

The only thing I would change is for breakfast to be served earlier so that you can still travel to Chichen Itza early in the morning.

Everything! The bed was big and comfy. The room was spacious and well decorated and immaculately clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We mentioned when we were arriving, and they stored our luggage and let us check in an hour only. The breakfast food was delicious. Also the restaurant for lunch/evening meal was great too. If you have any doubts about booking here, ignore them and book it. You won't regret it. This place was amazing and we miss it already.

It was a good 10-15 minute walk to the centre so you may wish to consider a taxi which are very reasonably priced in Valladolid. There wasn’t any facilities to make a coffee in the room.

Beautiful room with hammock, comfortable large bed, great rain shower and double sink. The property had a beautiful internal garden with trees, plants and flowers. Good bar and restaurant with wonderful staff. We were there on Valentine’s Day and they provided an amazing valentines dinner with an accompanying Mariachi band. The breakfast is delicious - highly recommended.

Neighborhood is a challenge . 50 meters before reaching the hotel we asked ourselves if the GOS was wrong.

The most amazing staff who couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The setting and hotel itself is beautiful! Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Location was great with a short walk to the centre. Free private secure parking was really handy.
