Nice view of ocean. It is sargaso season and the view includes watching the sargaso removal by a slew of employees working very hard. Very nice employees and management, thank you Ricardo. Breakfast was good and included in our rate.

WiFi was constantly dropping out, so it was almost impossible to use, on one mobile phone there was no WiFi setup at all. No option for drying swimsuits and towels from the sea. Walls not very soundproof, could hear snoring next door and in the corridors at night as other guests walked in.

Nice, fairly new hotel at the beginning of Mahahual, so quiet but close to the main promenade and beach. Private pool, quite cold and jets not working, but nice to cool off in the heat. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds very good.

Breakfast was a little chaotic one morning when it was busy.

Very nice hotel, 1/2 block from the malecon and beach. Quiet at night. The staff was very helpful and gracious. Our room on the third floor was spacious with a small balcony and sea view. The breakfast was great with good coffee. Good value! We would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Oneiro! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The host, Ricardo was absolutely wonderful – always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to the Malecon, beach, restaurants and bars but still peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend Oneiro to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Mahahaul.

The seafront

The first room facing the sea had a distinct sewer smell in the bathroom. The manager quickly changed us to a side view room that was fine. The bed was wonderful! The most comfortable of our trip. However; the sea was not swimable - very shallow and reef covered, so not what we were looking for, so we left and went back to Tulum after one night.

We struggled a lot with the WIFI. Staff was very helpful and tries to resolve it but it was mainly very slow and would almost have no connection most times. We didn’t use the pool/jacuzzi as it looked very very dirty. This was a bit disappointing. The hotel looks quite new, it has a lot of potential if they would fix these issues. For now it’s a bit overpriced because of this.

Amazing hotel near the beach. The view to the sea was incredible. We slept so well there everything was very neat and good quality. Also the receptionist lady that welcomed up was the sweatest.. Breakfast on menu was delicious. Thanks for the amazing experience

The booking .com process was very confusing and ended up booking 2 rooms by mistake I thank the front counter staff for waiving the fees associated with canceling the 2nd room once we arrived and found the mistake We still have not recieved the credit from booking .com however we are hoping this happens soon

I didn't like the poor wifi. I didn't like that a few minor items of mine may have been thrown away during house keeping.

First of all, the hotel is not beach front, there is a road and private piece of land in front. They have a pass to the beach club which is located in around a half of a kilometer, quite a distance walking. The view also was not spectacular from our room cuz there was an advertisement hanging right on our balcony There was no hot water at the shower. No bedside tables, no toilet paper holder

Rooms are quite new, comfy beds, quite clean
