Superb location and the staff were excellent. Lovely rooms, but all a bit tired and run down. We had 2 rooms on the top floor which had a lovely view and breakfast on the terrace but bring the earplugs as it was very very noisy (low season).

I would have liked the continental breakfast to include espresso. A bit noisy at night from the street if you face that direction.

We didn’t find out about the spa services until our last day. The A/C unit in the Firenze room got quite noisy.

The location made it ideal to get coffee, go shopping and see local street vendors and attractions like the botanical gardens. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional as was the service. Thank you Carlos!

There was a bit of a “funky” smell in our bathroom. Perhaps some air freshener would help.

We Did not like the television control system. It was difficult to handle.

The The property was very small and intimate. All the associates that served you were nice and knowledgeable. Our room was on the street with large windows opening up directly to the street. If we left the windows open, it was impossible to sleep. Luckily, there were large sound doors that shit in front of the windows, and the room became very dark and quiet.

Some rooms (like hours) are on street side and can be a bit noisy. I would also recommend to give the rooms an update of furniture and painting to freshen it up a bit.

Top location right in the middle of the old town, amazingly friendly staff with a nice personal touch and big rooms. Simple but nice breakfast that can also be served on the roof terrace, with great views over the city.

the Property is tired particularly the rooms the balcony and the bathrooms. there’s only breakfast and it’s not great (very minimal and coffee is old school) it would be ok if the price wasn’t so high but it’s just not good value for your money and there’s better options in the city

Staff was professional, polite and helpful with everything we needed. The hotel is centrally located to walk to almost everything you would need in Oaxaca Centro. A good value for the money. Bed was firm but we liked it and was very comfortable.

You needed pesos almost everywhere..hadn't planned on that so had to frequent the "exchange kiosks". To really enjoy this city properly, you need to have a fluent Spanish speaking person with you. !!

Very nice Boutique Hotel but limited on amenities. (No restaurant or bar on property). Staff was excellent , helpful and always courteous. Location of Hotel to proximity of shops, churches, bars, & restaurants was perfect.

It was unusual having to ring a bell for exit/entry but for security it was good. Staff were always available.and it wasn’t a problem.

Wonderful oasis in a delightful town. Spacious room, excellent staff and great bed and shower. The staff went the extra mile. Every time we returned from a day out there was a fresh juice awaiting. The rooms were cleaned promptly and to an excellent standard. Great location for restaurants and magor attractions.

We liked everything about the hotel and staff. But the neighborhood was noisy at night with rooftop entertainment going on. That had nothing to do with the hotel but the noise was a factor in our sleep.

The staff went over the top to make sure we had a great stay.

This place is NOT a luxury hotel. My room was cheap, dated, and very "beat up" looking. Dirt and mold around the jacuzzi tub, cipped paint all over the walls, holes and dirt on pull down shades, dirt and stains on the lampshades, bed posts and cheap lamps all discolored, thin cheap bathrobes, and there is NO soundproofing. You are right in the middle of town and the bands and noise from the adjoining terrace bars and restaurants sound like they are literally in your room with you. This goes on til 3 am at night. For 265 or so USA I was appalled. I stayed in two other accommodations during my recent 2 week stay in Oaxaca and this one was the worst. My room was on top of the building, looks like it was added on later and done as cheaply as possible. I felt totally ripped off. If you can get a room in Casa de Pino, do so, THAT was a luxury stay.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast, though an additional charge was good.

The restrooms are small, with a cramped toilet area. This is apparently evident in all rooms. It's a minor inconvenience. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, but you can request this and they will deliver one.

Amazing staff, location, and ambience. The decor couldn't be more perfect. Rooftop terraza is beautiful!
