The AC and the fans in the unit are not cooling the space enough, so the room doesn't get cool

It's a really uniq place to stay, they have a huge garden and the unit is so authentic, feels so local!!!, I wish I could stay there at least one more night.

Everything, especially we enjoyed botanical garden that is so beautifully arranged but also the cozy sunflower theme that was all around in the house. Best accomodation in Valladolid.

We liked the garden which was well maintained and felt quiet and private. We liked having a fridge and the fact that there were drinks in the fridge when we arrived. We were also provided with water and tea. The room was super clean and the shower worked well. We were close enough to the centre of town to be able to walk from the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful place, very rustic and original colonial style. A new suite and reception are under construction in the same style. Protected parking place and very safe part of town.

Francisco, his wife and his Son Alan are great, and very nice people doing everything to my make traveling life easy. Great location close to historic churches and some great (breakfast) restaurants. We’ll come back again. Kees & Josje

The hot water heater is on a breaker, and we were asked to turn it on only 15 minutes before planning to shower. We had no issue with hot water the first 2 nights, but the water did not heat after even 60 minutes the last evening. Weather was cool (for Valladolid) and overcast, so this may have played a factor.

We had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights. The property was as described, and our suite was as we expected. Bed comfortable, air conditioning more than adequate. Wifi consistent and responsive. Kitchen was well-appointed, and the common outdoor areas were very nice. Lovely garden and outdoor seating on the veranda. Communication with Francisco was excellent and prompt.

Our main issue were the mosquitoes, as they managed to come in through some gaps (maybe from the main door) whatever we did. Not critical but the kitchen could do with some additional cutlery too.

Beautiful garden and well located property. We were met by friendly people. The flat is a bit tired but was clean and had the essentials, and even some drinks provided in the fridge as a kind attention.

Nothing much we didn’t like.

Quaint, family owned and operated hotel. Wonderful hosts. The attention to details is astonishing! Beers, juices and cokes in the BIG fridge…compliments of the house! Drinking water? A whole 5 liters! Not the skimpy little 250mls you most often get. Quiet, peaceful, well groomed garden! Clean, clean. I could go on… Thank you Palma family for a very pleasant stay!

Amazing garden, unique atmosphere of colonial house, the place was very clean and the owners very flexible. There where plates, cups, coffee machine and coffee and tea and drinking water in the room (but also nice places to eat out not far from the guesthouse). Short walk from the centre of town. There's safe parking inside in case you travel by car. Great quality-price relationship.

Excellent apartment with safe parking in a central location of Valladolid. The owner, (and the owner's son), were very friendly and helpful), and put free drinks in the chiller for the guests. Very caring and thoughtful! Amazing!

Beautiful garden, lovely room, more like an apartment with stocked kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Would have loved to stay longer! Very convenient to tourist sites but just a bit off the beaten path. A short walk to the parks, restaurants, shops and Cathedral. Staff we're attentive and helpful.

Lovely accommodation in a good location in Valladolid, a short walk to the convent and centro. If you have a car, you can park inside. The property, especially the garden, is really beautiful and well maintained. The owner was very friendly and welcoming.

At night the curtains don’t block all the light from outside.

The place is very nice quiet and comfortable. The rooms are clean and there are some refreshments as a courtesy at your arrival. The host gave us relevant information about the place and the city as well so it was very useful.

Not a biggie but was supposed to have a seperate living room but didnt, and was sad after previous people raved about breakfast but no longer offered.You have to go out to get food all the time as no facilitiees for food there.

That I lucked out and was the only one there.The beautiful back yard.The quietness of it.Very relaxing.

We loved EVERYTHING about the property and its owners!

The property is truly wonderful! It has a unique character regarding its decor, its beautiful and colorful garden and its exceptionally attentive and caring owners. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning and WiFi work well, the open air common area outside of the rooms and apartments is charming!
