Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe path up to the cabin was quite steep, if you had any sort of mobility issues this is not the place for you.
Really unique and interesting place, loved seeing and being among the animals.

United StatesIts January and the rooms are cold no heaters available. The hot water only lasted a few minutes then went cold. They had a chimney that is just for looks did not heat at all and when booking it claimed the deluxe room had a chimney. Im a coffee drinker so I would recommend they offer a coffee maker in the room. The stairway in the entrance is a bit unstable.
The rooms are nice and comfortable. The animals onsite were nice to see. Staff was nice and responded quickly when needed.

United StatesGetting our luggage to the room from the street was a challenge but they were kind enough to help with that as well.
There was a slight hiccup with our stay. They were so incredibly accommodating to make sure we were happy and taken care of. We are already booked and will be returning twice next year.

United StatesNothing!
The cabanas are full of charm and so luxurious!! The bed is super comfortable plus you can surround the bed with the gauze, open the doors and feel like you’re sleeping outside. Falling asleep to the cricket music was so relaxing. The views, especially at night were amazing. The shower was so wondrous with its outdoor feel and rainfall shower head. THE ANIMALS were my favorite part. I felt like I was on a mini safari. They are so well taken care of and the grounds were immaculate!! I’m not going to list them because they are such a pleasant and fun surprise. You won’t be disappointed and they are all so friendly. I spent hours just wondering around and sitting there watching them. The pool and hot tub were warm and super clean. After the MOST delicious meal at the food truck (actually amazingly delicious!) we relaxed by the fire and looked up at the stars. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk. It’s actually the best beach spot in the whole stretch of beach. You will love it!! If you love animals and luxurious accommodations book this place!!

United StatesNo free aqua for brushing teeth , no coffee maker in room, the walkways to cabins are quite steep. Also, after 11 p.m., you are locked inside the resort, so there is ore no access to the car in the parking area until . am next morning. Overall, I loved the facility, but it would be nice if they had some kind of food available on premises . Maybe a breakfast basket...pastries and coffee. Shower needs 2 shower heads at least. The room exceeded my expectations!!!🤩 Another good idea might be to allow guests to feed some of animals...monkeys or rabbits...lama...like at a petting zoo.
Very clean, staff friendly, and helpful , nice view from balcony, comfortable big king bed. Whole room and atmosphere was luxurious. Loved 😍 the beautiful tiger and monkeys 🐒 . Loved that this is rescue reserve. Beautiful peacocks 🦚 😍 ❤️ Loved the private but outdoor shower in the bathroom. Photos don't do this place justice! Definitely will return when back in Mexico 🇲🇽 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

United StatesThe hotel is currently in the middle of a huge construction zone. We had pile drivers working right next to our cottage until 8:30 at night. Then the crews were back on site at 7:30 the next morning. The large 4 lane highway being constructed in front of the hotel had a cement pour going on while we were there. We also had toxic garbage smoke blow through our cabin in the early morning hours ( the thatched roof lets it in). I think the price of the room (200$ a night) is too much even without all the problems. We left after one night and forfeited our second night.
The rooms are large with comfortable beds and interesting showers. The little zoo lets one get very close to the animals.
