Recensione verificataLa struttura è molto carina, ben curato il Verde, piscina, stanze ampie e con un bel balconcino. Holbox non è tanto grande, ma l’albergo è molto centrale. Note speciale per la colazione (tutto buonissimo!) e la gentilezza dello staff!
Forse solo un po’ più dí illuminazione nelle stanze quando va via il sole.

Stanze non bene isolate acusticamente, tende che non filtrano bene la luce . Se non si ha il sonno profondo è difficile dormire dopo le 7.30 am

Recensione verificatala posizione centrale dell'hotel si può raggiungere tutto a piedi il centro del paese e le spiagge la pulizia della struttura e la particolare costruzione e attenzione ai dettagli
c'erano dei lavori di costruzione a fianco e alle otto di mattina cominciavano a martellare molto forte, non si poteva riposare abbiamo avvisato due volte la reception ma non c'è stato nulla da fare, trovo molto scorretto non avvisare chi spende soldi per le vacanze di questo disagio, visto anche il prezzo elevato che costa la struttuta ci hanno fatto pagare lo spray per uccidere una zanzara in camera...non mi era mai successo prima, in nessuna struttura

Recensione verificataStaff molto gentile e disponibile (in particolare il ragazzo della reception), l' hotel è veramente bello e la posizione comoda per la spiaggia e per il centro, vicinissima a un sacco di ristoranti e negozietti vari. Camera ampia e pulita.
Rapporto qualità prezzo potrebbe andare meglio, l' ho trovato un po' caro. Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo almeno la doccia con la porta e non con la tenda.

Servizio un po' lento, umidità nelle stanza e un po' rumorose se vicino la strada. La colazione era buona ma si poteva scegliere solo uno dei piatti proposti.

Camere standard da evitare sembrano tuguri. Camere di livello superiore accettabili sempre che non si trovino al piano terra dove manca completamente la privacy perché soggette a continui via vai di persone (la struttura è un agglomerato di stanze su poco spazio). Piscina ridicola. Se piove avrete la stanza invasa da una miriade di piccole rane che saltano dappertutto. Aria condizionata non regolabile. Troppo caro per il servizio offerto. Standard room to avoid, they look like hovels. Upper level room acceptable but not those located at the ground floor because there is NO privacy, lots of people go back and forth all day. Building is a cluster of room in a small place. Pool too small. If it will rain, you have the room full of frogs that jump everywhere. Air conditioning not adjustable. Too expensive.

Para Ti has beautiful and comfortable rooms with a unique style, equipped with large beds, AC, fan, hammocks and balconies with a beautiful view of the pool and palm garden, decorated in a very original, simple style. In which we offer personalized attention with highly qualified professionals. We are very sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory for you. You booked an economy room with a garden view, however, we offered you a free upgrade to a deluxe room with a pool view. During your stay you did not approach reception to report any problem with your room, or with the operation of the air, otherwise you would have received our immediate attention, as well as a solution. Holbox is located in the Yum Balam ecological reserve where a varied fauna lives and we coexist with the nature of the site. However, the room where you stayed has a protective door against insects.
