The apartment was super specious. Towels for both shower and pool were provided. The pool it self is amazing with a great view. Check in process was super easy. The neighborhood is a bit remote but we found it very nice.

Super new, modern apartment in new development area- extremely well equipped with all the bells & whistles. Each room has its own air conditioner (a must have) and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, and the washing machine was a major bonus after traveling around Yucatan for two weeks. Other reviewers on Booking.com have complained about the noise from the surrounding construction, but we had a very pleasant and quiet 5 day stay in the apartment and were never disturbed by noise.

Google maps have not yet updated their map of the area around the apartment and the address on Booking.com took us to a mall far from the actual apartment. You need to use GPS to actually find the apartment which is in a brand-new development. The apartment is located far from the beach, the Tulum archaeological zone and any restaurants and shops. You definitely need a bike or car to get around.

Very modern flat with very good air conditioning, very nice, new and cozy furniture, a great kitchen, very good shower and altogether a very nice flat for 2 people that is spateous and great to live in. The pool at the rooftop is just lovely. We were positively surprised and liked the flat a lot. A place to stay longer, we did not want to leave.

One needs to walk a bit both to the city center and to the beach area. However, we walked very often to the city center and found it ok after all (its around 15-20 minutes walk). The walk to the beach is longer and feels hotter, but also here we took a walk and it was ok. There are taxis in front of the zone that we sometimes took (around 10€ to city center and more to the beach). One can also take a bike. However, because Mexico is hot and the sun is burning at times, it is a bit nicer when one has a car there.

Fantastic apartment for 2 couples for a week. Quiet location in the jungle, the surrounding areas are under construction but this did not affect us. Very spacious, with ample space for dining and lounging and the roof top terrace and plunge were a highlight. The shared pool was amazing and access to the gym was appreciated!

Missing a few useful items such as towel to dry the washing up and a clothes airer for when you’ve used the washing machine, but overall this didn’t affect the quality of our stay. The location is beautiful and good for town and the beach but be prepared to walk a lot or pay for taxis which are pricey in Tulum.

Overall, this property was nice, clean, good location. We rented a car so the turn abouts were crazy, but toward the end, we got the hang of it. I think it is a great halfway point between the centro area and beach area.

Several small things, there was no napkins, no dish washing soap, not enough toilet paper, broken toilet (but it was fixed quick). The other things, we didn't know if we were suppose to buy them or not, since we did a breakfast grocery run before we checked in, so going back was a no. Biggest issue was no electricity from Friday morning until Friday evening. We were on a cenote so it was ok for a bit. We were told it should be on by 230pm and it did not happen. David was not very helpful during this time. We are aware it was no one's fault, but he just came in with excuses and talking to me like if I were a child. I informed him the lack of communication was unprofessional. If at 230pm, it was not on, then a simple message to inform us would have helped, so we might have made other accommodations for our last night. He said he was too busy for that. In reality, we were looking for an " I'm sorry, I know this is an inconvenience, and this is not how you want to spend your vacation. Is there anything we can do? " It was more, " I live here too, I don't have any power either, the whole block is like that, it happens a lot" but never an I'm sorry. I know the power its not under your control, but his approach is. I am very familiar with being without power, as we deal with hurricanes in Houston, but his approach needs some tuning.

Everything! It is located a bit far from the city and away from the noise, which was exactly what we were looking for. We had a car, but there is a possibility to rent bicycles at the property. Nice terrace and bbq were a big plus! Big supermarket just a few minutes away.

It would be nice to have at least a small bottle of water provided. It won't cost too much for the owner but will be a big plus. We arrived at night, and only in the morning we learned that we could buy a big bottle of 20 litres at reception.

This was a gated community with security guards at the gate and around the property. The kitchen appliances worked great, the hot tubs were cold. The pool was nice, there was a sauna which was great. The shopping and restaurants were nearby within 3-5 minutes drive. Near grocery stores and restaurant in downtown, within 10 minutes drive. Near the beach and Mayan Ruins.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The pool and lounge area are amazing. Quite at night. Parking with security behind barrier. Nice simple, modern decor.

This is regarding the building, not the apartment itself: the sprinkler system sprays the walking path leading to the stairs and it gets very wet, making it very slippery and dangerous. Suggestions: a couple more trash bags, and a bottle of water would be nice to provide, specially when the travelers arrive late at night.

The Apartments was better than I expected, it was clean, comfortable. There is a nice rest area with jakuzzi and grill place. The host was answering really fast to any request. The building is located in a closed guarded territory. They also have free parking places next to the apartment. The location was quite good as well on a very green territory in between seaside and city center. I would definetely come back again.

There was nothing that I didn't like

Great location, close to both Tulum beach and Tulum center. New modern property. Host was very responsive. Staff in the property are very friendly. The apartment is very modern, spacious and has own jacuzzi. Would be happy to go back again.

The check in process needed you to have internet which was kind of a struggle as a foreign visitor.
