It was windy and it made a lot of noise as it blew through , we could have used more pillows, the internet was super slow so watching tv was frustrating.

When there were a lot of guests in the dining room, breakfast orders were mixed up and unfortunately, guests were not all served in the order they arrived in the room. One of our friends cannot eat cheese but it arrived despite the request to not include it. Coffee making facilities were available in some rooms but not others with no reason given. There were no cups in the room. Not all staff were friendly. There was green algae on the steps of the pool making them slippery and the sun beds had a lot of greenery on them from the trees - not a problem in itself but it wasn't removed at any time.

The rooms were spacious with a window onto a little courtyard. The rooms were cleaned well daily. Beds were large, comfortable and made with cotton sheets - essential in the hot weather. Basic toiletries provided. The pool was a good temperature. The bar was basic with a reasonable range of drinks. Breakfast was good generally

1) the window of our toilet was dirty which was a bit disappointing as there was no exhaust fan so we wanted to open the window 2) I would have liked it if there were a nice conditioner, there was only two-in-one shampoo conditioner 3) I would prefer the rooms to be cleaned a bit earlier so we wouldn't have to wait when we came back at around 3-4PM 4) the location is a bit further from the city and we had to call a car every time we wanted to go out but generally it was ok

1) the breakfasts were great, amazing selection of teas and waiters made us feel comfortable voicing our needs 2) the building was beautiful 3) the staff were very helpful, helping me with calling a taxi and laundry etc 4) the beds were super comfortable and the view was stunning, the balcony was very cute too

What I did not like was that the door look as if it had been broken into previously so that just needs to be fixed.

This hotel is located high with beautiful views. out of the center so there’s less traffic and has an oxxo gas station right next to it. The hotel was very clean, very beautiful and does not have many people I feel it’s underrated .

Don't pay for the breakfast. The pool is cold and lacks chairs. The hallways are VERY loud. You will hear everything throughout your entire floor. The hotel is not particularly convenient but at least it's not far.

The breakfast is fine if you get it for FREE. The pool is nice and clean but it is cold so it's useless except during a lot of heat. There is an Oxxo nearby.

We booked a room with breakfast included. We were limited in what was available from the menu so the breakfast was not particularly good and not worth the price. The walk to downtown was not far but the steps down are steep, not well cared for and there are few railings… and we always took cabs back as the walk up is challenging. Our room came with a balcony… but it is very narrow and you can’t sit outside so a bit disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and it had a great shower. The view over the city was lovely. The hotel has a nice pool, which we didn’t use but enjoyed sitting beside while we read. We have a small dog and she was made welcome. The location is away from the noise of central.

The manager should have his people do a "Deep Dive", starting at the entrance and detail clean and scrub everything. One room area a day. Deep thorough clean. One area a day.

The location is perfect. Easy to get to. Then to get to el Centro, a 1 minute drive to secure parking , then the Funicular to the center of town!!

The breakfast which was included in the room price had very limited options and they charged us extra for adding one egg to the dish. The pool was nice and clean but doesn't have the view of the valley. The city center where most of the attractions are is 25 minute away on foot but I guess that's what you trade in for peace and quiet at night.

Clean room with a comfortable bed. The views from the balcony were incredible. A/C worked well even when it was 90 degrees outside. The neighborhood is very quiet so a good night of sleep is guaranteed. There's free parking. The Pipila statue is a 5-6 minute walk away. The staff was super friendly.

The first room they gave us was sad- an interior room, a bit shabby & noisy. We asked to change & they gave us an exterior room with a balcony & outstanding view- that really made our stay nice. We walked down then back up the many, many stairs to reach the center. It was good exercise!
