Rooms could use a small bar fridge and microwave. A small coffee maker would also be nice.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Perla Central. We love the location and the hotel. Staff are all great. It does get a bit noisy from the street though. Restaurant is good and service is quick. We would stay a third time for sure.

Pulling up to the check in counter was a little tough, but not impossible. I would not stay here if I planned to walk toward popular areas at night, even if it's only 2-3 blocks away. The walk back to hotel from the Cathedral area was too dark, not many people around and we actually got scared at one point. I would still stay here again because of the staff, cleanliness, and price. Would just take a cab instead.

Good location, walking distance to popular attractions. The rooms were nicer than expected, the hotel staff exceeded our expectations too.

The street can sometimes get noisy. But currently there’s construction so parts of it are blocked off and that helps keep the noise down.

The staff is always super friendly. The breakfast is good. The room and bathroom were clean.

The room didn’t have a fridge or a kettle to make a cup of coffee or tea. While beyond the control of the hotel, it’s a pity the city council was digging up the intersection outside the hotel entrance making wheeling your bag into the building a bit of an obstacle course! ;-)

The rooms are modern, very clean with good air conditioning and the hotel is centrally located.

The rooms that are near the street can have periods of noise but it was only a minor inconvenience at times.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many places and for anything else, cabs were easy and inexpensive. The hotel manager would arrange a taxi pick up anytime we needed/wanted it. The rooms were very clean and I loved that they provided complimentary bottles of water each day. The gym's equipment was in great shape and the workout room was even equipped with a TV. The hotel restaurant was extremely convenient and room service is available. They really do a great job all around at this hotel. I would definitely stay there again on any future return trips!

The front desk receptionist attempted to keep my change. the cost of room was &1060 pesos &50us I I gave her &1,500 pesos $75us she then only returned &100 pesos $5us I then confronted her asking where the rest of my Change was? she claimed to have given it to me, I said no I looked in my wallet in my purse I had no other change/small bills indicating I had change, she swore up n down she gave me my change I said no. I then said ok I’m assuming you have cameras? she said yes I said let’s review, she then looked at her phone n then looked down and then said ohhh here is your change! she said I found under a piece of paper. I felt she tried to get away with keeping my change but she wasn’t successful she was very suspicious. I did in the morning report to Manger he apologized.

I asked to have some coffee pods at the counter because I didn't get any, the clerk at the front desk charged me which I refuse to pay. She called her manager and that was then she agreed to give mo one . I was with my husband . Dang, I could not believe it.
