It’s VERY family oriented with A LOT of kids yelling and playing around. Adults getting drunk later in front of the rooms, property SUPER full and crowded. Mostly for locals, not really touristy.

The rooms were in need of updates / small repairs. We would have liked better communication at check in on how things worked. We had to ask where to get pool towels (on the beach), if pool chairs were reservable, didn’t know how to set up a drink tab, etc.

We loved the location and the pools. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. The hotel was small and fairly quiet.

Our room had a great view, but I don’t think the bathroom had been renovated since the ‘80s.

The rooms are a bit dated. Not many pool chairs so people would wait for the chairs to be put out at 7:30 am and put towels on them and not sit in the chairs until later in the day, so no chance of going to the pool and just sitting in a chair for a bit.

The location is fabulous, walking distance to everything.

Toilet barely flushed. In first room shower took a long time to get any water, It stopped working at least 3 times in the three nights we were in the first room. 2nd room shower temps constantly were changing a lot of the time.

what they don’t tell you is is that they have one section of the hotel that is not been updated that are the cheaper rooms and then when you get there, you can upgrade for the nicer rooms. My friends and I both did the cheap rooms they checked in a day early and sent me a text and said make sure you upgrade because the remodeled rooms are very small and very dated and not as nice. lots of kids in the pool during the day . so you don’t really want to hang out there . which you’re not even there for the pool !! right ? it’s good if you have kids. if you want any guests to come up to your room, they won’t allow it. They have to have a bracelet or else have to wait in the lobby. we stayed 5 day and with upgrade ( 2 beds) 1000.00 . Don’t pay more than that for this place . better vrbo places to stay that will allow family and friends to your room / pools

Not all rooms cleaned daily. Wanted to over charge me on some rooms. Even though already had price from booking .com. I did end up paying $300 more than what booking.com had quoted me.

Rooms are small and don’t have furniture for clothes but we’re never in the room.

The location is what brings us here. The staff is wonderful and has what we need for amenities. Will definitely be back!
