We would have very much appreciated to have a ground connection instead of a basic plug to charge our devices. Except from this tiny little point, everything else was perfect.

Clean and very calm room. Beautiful patio with flowers and hummingbirds. The family owning the place is very nice. We really liked it. Good value for money.

Unfortunately, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms They don´t respect the price of the reservation with booking.

Although our room was small and simple, the terrace, gardens, and lobby areas are gorgeous and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely choose to stay again.

Parking 2 blocks away was difficult to access due to narrow busy one way streets. No possibility of dropping off luggage as hotel street inaccessible.

Walkable location close to Mercado and Central Plaza. Nice cool courtyard.

Small plastic water bottles put in rooms didn't provide much water and contribute a lot of plaatic garbage. A large water dispenser for guests to fill their own containers is common in hotels in this region.

The bed was hard. It could have been more comfortable. It was also a little cold and not potential heater available.

The hotel is cute and has an amazing location. It is easy to walk anywhere in Patzcuaro. There is a beautiful courtyard and the room was clean and cleaned daily also. The staff is also very friendly. It's not the nicest hotel but definitely worth the price. Would recommend

The room is very small and the bathroom has no ventilation. When you take a shower or when you go to the bathroom you have to keep the outside door open in order to have the room ventilated. Attention - if you are coming with a car it's a bit tricky to get there with your car and then to park. It's a very tiny one-way street.

The terrace in front of the room was great. The owner/receptionist provided very smooth service. For the price the room was okay.

The one outlet that worked was under the headboard.Good thing we travel with a power bar. The night table lamps didn’t work. There was no hair dryer ( no place to plug it in) . The price was a couple of hundred pesos higher than quoted due to some local tax.

The shower, the pipes, made a lot of noise and seemed that were going to burst out of the wall. I didn't get a receipt when I paid for the rooms. They said I would receive it by email, but I didn't. Too pricey.

Very damp and cold. No heating. We needed an extension to Connect our electronics. The outlet at The entrance was not working properly. Two bedside lamps cannot be connected as there is no outlet near the bed. Wi-Fi does not enter the room. Drawers are not clean at all so we couldn't use them. Two blankets provided weren't clean at all.

Well located. Quiet. Very nice garden. Confortable bed. Room well done every Day, 2 water bottles daily. Towels changed daily.

The room is old,the bathroom tiles and shower curtain should be changed. The rooms should be renovated. The price was extremely high for the location and not justified at all
