This was the best shower experience I’ve had since I got here on New Year’s Eve better than the $900 USD room I had at the beach for New Year’s Eve. The room is large and has excellent cleaning crew! The bed was super comfortable.

My major difficulty was when I arrived, right around midnight, which was pretty late. I think the staff is usually only at the desk until 11 PM. The door was locked and Bookings had canceled my reservation because of billing or payment problem ,which I never quite found out what that was about, but it had nothing to do with the property management. I felt very fortunate that my knocking on the door resulted in somebody opening the door and eventually somebody came to greet me and explain to me that they could pay cash. They had a room for me and showed me to this lovely room. The room had plenty of closet space shelving, and a big solid wooden desk with two sturdy wooden chairs I could sit and type in my keyboard that combined with a really nice Wi-Fi connection. The value for this room was amazing, I think clearly the best deal in downtown Tulum last night!

The location was perfect, close to the city center but not noisy at the night. (Maybe just a bit at some point when there were people talking loud on the outside but okay) Also the stuff was really kind and helpful!! The bed was comfortable as well.

The building seems/is a bit old and we felt like that maybe it was a bit overpriced but wouldn’t say it didn’t worth it cause the location was great , the stuff very friendly and the rooms clean. However, the first room they gave us was a bit smelly and the light was not working but they changed the room directly and gave us a better one so no complain.

The beds were comfy, the location good.

The bathroom was not clean, despite advertising that you can pay with the card, they did not have the option and at the end I had to pay via PayPal (plus commission for conversion)

This place is clean and has big comfy beds. There was also a bigTV with Netflix and decent wifi. It in a great location, near to the ADO and to a great part of the main strip. its on a side street and so pretty quiet at night. The rooms are good but the outside does not reflect this.

The outside areas and general look of the place could do with improvements. It looks a bit tired and sad outside. The rooms are much more updated. Needs more colour, plants and flowers. There is No facility for making hot drinks, which is a basic I think, although there was a shared fridge.

amazing place, very nice staff and lovely accommodation. the breakfast is very good, the location is perfect (only 2 minutes walk from the main square). lots of local shops, restaurants and pubs around. quiet room, spacious, designed and cleaned. great value for money as you can also borrow their bikes.

very Nice Host. we rented scooter and everything worked out perfectly, no hassle like renting a scooter elsewhere. apartment where really spacious.

This hotel is a really nice option if you want a nice chill place to relax and take a break from the hustle of Tulum. The pictures don’t do it justice as it is significantly bigger than I imagined. The suite I stayed in is the size of an apartment in a big city. There was also a balcony that faced the street which cause some street noise but also made me feel connected to my surroundings.

The furniture was a tad dated and wasn’t the most comfortable to sit on but the bed was fantastic and that’s all that truly matters

The accommodation was very clean, big sized, with ac and good quality fornitures . The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent: safe area, in the city centre, at just 2min walk to the ado bus station and 1 min to the colectivos stop. The reception is open 24h.

The street is a bit noisy during the night

Great welcome and able to store our bags ahead of check in. When we did check in we were upgraded to a much bigger room, it was more like a one bed apartment than a hotel room, we even had 2 balconies to relax on.

The water pressure in general wasn't great - and there was a bad smell coming from the drains but staff still cleaned daily
