The bathroom could have been cleaner and maybe updated a bit. Even just replacing the shower head and faucets would be a great improvement.

They cleaned the rooms early for us so we could check in early. also offered to store our luggage for a few hours. The reception person spoke very good English and was very helpful.

The water in the bathroom was lukewarm in the morning, so we didn't have showers, it being a very cold December morning. A bottle of drinking water would have been nice.

Our "Family Junior Suite" was spacious, bright and the bed was comfy.

It would be great if they could offer free parking. We were four people but it seems they were only expecting three people because those were the amounts of towels and stuff, they provided me everything I needed when I asked it, though.

Staff was friendly and attentive to anything we needed. I didn't need the car because everything was so close. Perfect location.

There is no parking nearby and you need to pay a lot for parking. If you have much luggage then its little difficult as parking is about 400 mts away. Also Some basic things can be added to improve service.

It was very cold and there was no heater at the shower nor the room.

No breakfast. Great location. I was staying longer and asked for a better room and got it. Lower priced rooms seemed a bit drab facing the stairwell. They should be decorated with light textiles. Pay more to have a room on the top floor where there is a roof patio and view.

For the price we were paying I would expect to have drinking water available. Also the shower was a drizzle which made it hard to even wash properly. Upon arrival we paid by cash, the gentleman on reception didn’t have the change at that moment so asked us to come back in the afternoon. We then asked for the next 3 days for the change and he couldn’t provide it. We never received our change so be careful when paying with cash.

Lovely little hotel. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the terrace which was beautiful with an amazing view of the city. We were provided with more pillows once we asked and the room was cleaned every day😊 The hotel is in a great location, it’s quiet, private and pleasant.

I have no complaints. All was satisfactory.

There was no breakfast provided. I understood from previous reviews that there was a restaurant on site, and that the price included breakfast. The location was very good, very close to the main attractions.

The TV remote did not work. There is no air conditioning and to get air into the room you need to open the windows to the world. When I arrive the room temperature was 32C/ 88F. It did cool down overnight but I had to move the fan onto a chair to get some fresh air into the room.

Too noisy, not enough water present, very little warm water, dusty, no dryer, and the worst a few things were stolen from my belongings, I didn’t noticed until I got home. I try to talk to the owner but the staff never connect with me. That’s the most thing I’ve never inspected because we put our trust in the staff. After this happens to us I started reading some more comments and I’m not the only one, that’s the most embarrassing act.

The hotel charged 200 pesos per motorcycle which they don’t disclose on the booking site.

They proudly display an 8.8 booking.com rating from 2016, ignoring the fact that the rating when we booked was 7.9, and this is generous. Room request made via booking.com was confirmed in writing, but ignored in reality. First room we were given was not clean and had significant untreated damp. Sound proofing is not great. Other than a towel, basic cheap toiletries and some water, there are zero facilities. No breakfast, no drinks service, nothing. They couldn't even provide a glass to drink water in the room. Reception staff do little more than say hello and take your payment.

The location is good and the property itself is a pleasant, small town house with courtyard in the typical Mexican style. Booking was easy with no pre-payment etc and good cancellation options.
