Very friendly staff, nice room and good breakfast! great value

It was clean, and ok for just one night.

It was extremely hot in the room. There was no real window and the fan was so slow that there was no wind at all. We had to pay 100 pesos extra to use the AC. Without the AC it would have been terrible. The street were Hotel ist located is quite sketchy with prostitutes and weird guys. Can’t recommend it at all.

Exactly what it says in the description. It's not a hostel. It's a small hotel that has one dorm room. No shared spaces or whatever but whatever service they give, it's 100%. Cleanliness, shower, bed, all perfect.

The was not hot water in the showers. Extremely noisy even with the windows closed.

For a bed in the dorm it was fantastic. The dorm and facilities were very clean and modern. Each bed had its own fan. The staff let me store the luggage in the storage area, because it didn't fit in the locker.

The hotel is very good value and you get what you pay for. The room and bathroom were clean and we were able to arrange to leave our bags and take an evening shower before our night bus (both for a fee, but with towels and soap included) after we had checked out. It's in the center of town near some restaurants & shops and a short walk from the fancier Canada area. Easily reachable from the ADO station on foot.

The room had an AC unit but this wasn't included in the price and would have been a paid extra (the front desk staff said it was 100$/night). We stuck with just the fan and were glad we didn't pay extra because there was a power cut to the whole block in the middle of the night (which lasted until the next day) so it wouldn't have worked anyway. The room got to be pretty sweltering so we didnt sleep well.

Construction work started at 7am on a Sunday No soap in bathrooms for washing hands Very noisy location, difficult to sleep Stayed in the dorm. Single beds very close to each other. Quite uncomfortable sleeping so close to someone else you don't know.

It was in front of a bar and the music was loud til 1-2 am

There are several other Posadas on the same street, try one of those instead.

The mattress was so uncomfortable, felt like I was falling out of bed the whole night. No curtains on the windows of the dorm, so you get lights and a LOT of noise from the street. Then the housekeeper started using a washing machine in the room next to the dorm at about 7:30am. Worst night's sleep I've had in Mexico.
