Exactly what it says in the description. It's not a hostel. It's a small hotel that has one dorm room. No shared spaces or whatever but whatever service they give, it's 100%. Cleanliness, shower, bed, all perfect.

For a bed in the dorm it was fantastic. The dorm and facilities were very clean and modern. Each bed had its own fan. The staff let me store the luggage in the storage area, because it didn't fit in the locker.

The room had an AC unit but this wasn't included in the price and would have been a paid extra (the front desk staff said it was 100$/night). We stuck with just the fan and were glad we didn't pay extra because there was a power cut to the whole block in the middle of the night (which lasted until the next day) so it wouldn't have worked anyway. The room got to be pretty sweltering so we didnt sleep well.

The hotel is very good value and you get what you pay for. The room and bathroom were clean and we were able to arrange to leave our bags and take an evening shower before our night bus (both for a fee, but with towels and soap included) after we had checked out. It's in the center of town near some restaurants & shops and a short walk from the fancier Canada area. Easily reachable from the ADO station on foot.

Noisier place, you hear everything from bathroom of the other floors, very hot room and doesn't have enough circulation of the fresh air, just very small window and 2 "windows" to the shafts for different cables and water supply system. During our 2 nights stay the trash bin wasn't taken out. Noone speaks English here

Towels are provided but you just need to request one. If you have a lot of luggage or have mobility issues just be mindful the dorm room is on the very top floor so it's a few flights of (short) stairs to walk up. No complaints!

The rooms were very clean, like the rest of Palenque it can be hot but they offer individual floor fans for each guest which was excellent. The bathrooms were kept very clean, and I liked that there was one shower with a toilet, and then a separate individual shower, and additional individual toilets, so I never had to wait to use a facility. Staff were very pleasant. Wifi works well on top floor where the hostel room is located. I liked the layout of the room, as the beds are all arranged encircling the walls, and that the sinks were separate in a different "lobby" type room right outside the dormitory with mirrors and lockers so you weren't disturbing other guests since they're separated from the dorm room. And there are a couple stools and a mini-counter there to charge your phone, sit etc. This separate room in between the bathrooms and the dorm was great as well because it's out of the direct sun (the dorm is very sunny). The beds are all single beds (no bunk beds) which was also great. Outlets were easy to find throughout the room. Very good location. Only 10 or so min walking from the ADO station, you do have to cross one busy road directly in front of ADO but otherwise the walk was all sidewalks and easy to navigate, and passing lots of businesses (Farmacias and Oxxos en route). Remember to bring your own lock for the lockers and there isn't potable water there so be prepared to buy water outside the hostel. Pay in cash upon arrival and they give you a receipt as well. I was able to check in as early as 6:30am luckily (not sure they always open this early or I just got lucky and he was nice!) which was a great relief since my bus arrived early. Only photo I have is of the lobby entrance (wifi works there too just in case you forget something and need to log back in without having to run all the way upstairs)

Watch out while booking. the receptionist has written down a day where I wasn’t even there yet and I had to pay extra for my last night. So they have tricked me into paying one night more! Felt not nice they wouldn’t pay me this back!

our room had ‘windows’ to the stairwell which was occasionally noisy from other guests. suggest being able to change the fan setting (there was only on/off switch, with on being super fast).

our private room was spacious and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. we couldn’t hear the road from our room. location was good - 500m from ADO and 500m from the main square.

Facilities are really basic - a single bed with a fan, no privacy curtain or anything. No hooks or hangers anywhere else. The street could be noisy but noise died down late night.

I saw some reviews having some concerns about the hygienic conditions. To be fair I have to mention that the lady doing the housekeeping has done an incredible job, it's more the fact that the tenants are not diligent enough in keeping places clean for everyone.. Location is near the Autobuses Terminal and this brings a lot of convenience. I arrived Palenque at 7am with an overnight bus, the hotel allows me to check in early if there's an available bed.
