The driveway was very steep to get to the parking lot. I didn’t mind it, but if you don’t have a car you will have a short good hike up a hill.

This was a perfect home base for our stay in Mazunte. Araceli was an amazing hostess- very prompt to reply to any questions or requests. The room was very clean and bright with a beautiful view. Walking distance from the Main Street and restaurants. A small parking lot for our rental car. We appreciated the daily room cleaning service, the kitchenette with a stove, full size refrigerator, large bottled water, in room safe, comfortable bed, cool AC, and black out curtains. When I got sick Araceli brought me Tylenol and cough medicine and offered to call me a doctor. It was a perfect place for 2 friends to stay. I would certainly love to stay here again! Ten stars!!

The adjacent apartment had a shade cloth to protect the balcony from some of the afternoon heat. Our balcony was too hot for us to use comfortably during the afternoon, and might benefit from its own shade cloth.

The accommodations were great. It had everything we needed and expected. Araceli was very helpful, kind and responsive. Her communications were great. There was good privacy (even with the presence of a few workers building a small new building next door). The A/C option was helpful until we could acclimate to the temperatures (30C warmer than what we were used to).

Beautiful location with ocean views, huge comfy bed, air conditioning and fans came in handy as Mazunte was so hot, the owner and his wife were lovely and so helpful they gave us a ride to our next accomodation.

Owner Araceli was very attentive and prompt to any concerns. You have a beautiful view of the mountains. You can easily see the ocean. You are walking distance to cool shops, markets, and restaurants. Walking distance to wonderful swimming beaches.

The only complaint is that the Aircon is right above the bed which makes it a bit cold to use at night even on a high temperature.

Amazing location just off the main road. Beautiful views. There's plenty of cooking equipment. The room is spacious enough for two people. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy and well maintained.

Nothing! There is a very steep hill to get here (but that’s how you get the beautiful views!) so if you have mobility issues that could be an issue. But everything else is perfect.

One of my favourite accommodations ever. Absolutely beautiful views of the mountains and beach. Very private. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen as by this point in my trip it was nice having home cooked food. The aircon is great. The place is super clean and nice big comfy bed. Araceli is a wonderful and helpful host. The location is great, five minutes from the beach and slightly off the main drag so all you can hear is the waves and roosters.

It wasn't a problem for us, but you have to be prepared for a short walk up a steep street to get to the apartment. But we knew about that, so it wasn't an issue. There are no laundry facilities, but I did some hand washing and dried on the convenient line on the balcony.

The king size bed is SO comfortable. The air conditioning and fans gave welcome relief from the heat outside. The apartment is close to everything in Mazunte without being on a noisy street. The husband and wife hosts were both very helpful and fun to visit with. Some earlier reviews expressed reservations about the fact that the guests in the second apartment have to walk across the shared balcony to get to their place, reducing the privacy. But we didn't find that was a problem. There are reflective sliding doors opening onto the balcony and blackout curtains, so it wasn't hard to maintain privacy. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with a nice sized fridge and a four burner gas stove. Drinking water was provided as well as kitchen essentials such as coffee, sugar, oil and salt. There's a great little store very close by where you can buy fruit and vegetables as well as milk, etc.

Nothing we didn't like. For me only, driving the ATV up the steep driveway with steps in between. Walking it provided some exercise for this 60+ couple :D

Our hosts/owners Araceli and Manuel were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Offered to clean the apartment daily, provided water and allowed us to park an ATV at their home or their neighbours. Modern, new, very clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with a 4 burner stovetop and microwave, full sized fridge. The views of the ocean and of the town on the mountainside (sunset) were great! Down the driveway was the main street and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great place to relax. Peaceful, quiet, close to the beach. Great hospitality. Definitely recommend to anyone that comes to El Mazunte.

A very thought-through, well-equipped, clean and spacious apartment. The location is great and the view absolutely stunning. Araceli was a wonderful host, we felt right at home. We would definitely stay at Posada Nautica again, it was perfect!

Accommodation is new, kitchen is just the right size for 2 people. Coffee maker, coffee, sugar, salt, oil and a large drinking water jug was included and if you liked the coffee was replenished every day with the daily cleaning. Owners are very kind and both speak English. They kindly allowed us to check in early and leave our bags in the suite until it was ready for us which was less than an hour. Araceli responds quickly on Whats app to any requests. The deck and view are very nice. The view is better than shows in the photos. There is a well stocked small with store within 3 minutes of the accommodation. Manzute beach is within an easy 5 min walk down a quite side street. Augustinillo beach is within 10 min easy walk along the main road. It was very quiet at night and feels very safe. As did the entire area.
