Wifi was a bit spotty.

Great location. Nice smallish facility, amongst the enormous overly priced behemoths of the hotel strip. Relatively quiet. Nice landscaping. Helpful bilingual staff. Good free breakfast with many choices to pick from, available until 11 am.

Room cleaning is not great. I asked for clean sheets and they were never changed throughout my whole stay! One time they even forgot to clean the room. I spilled coffee grounds by accident and were not swept properly. Pool bar closes early. Construction next door was sometimes annoying.

Budget beachfront hotel. Fernando from the front desk is super friendly and will help you out any way possible.

The buffet was pretty over priced for what the options are, and it never changed once. The staff was kind of rude as well, some were nice but some were super rude. It’s nice though that you can bring your own food or have the all inclusive, which is why we stayed so long!

I love the location on the beach. It’s the best for the value for sure. We were supposed to stay 1 night and extended to 6!

Our 1st trip to The Baja and we wanted to get a feel for San Jose del Cabo as well as Cabo San Lucas. We enjoyed the beaches and the pace of San Jose vs. the crowd of Cabo. The Mexican authenticity of San Jose was preferred. Posada Real Los Cabo’s worked out just fine for initial trip to this area.

Towels and bedding could be newer or better clean. I find the mattress not very comfortable, however you can have a good sleep.

Bedrooms definitely need updating!! Rust in shower, TV reception is horrendous, A/C is noisy, nice to have a refrigerator in every room (or ability to get one). Blankets (at least ours) need to be replaced. Ours had holes; they did try to "patch" an area but come on they can't be that expensive. An area in the lobby (or somewhere) for guests to play games when you have a group (pool area was fantastic for this). It's nice they have music, etc in evening but it's LOUD.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Decent breakfast items but could use a little tweaking for variety. Location was good, walkable to many areas. Pool and surrounding areas were exceptional! Variety of activities like cornhole, ping pong, volleyball plus those with an activities director. Facilities were very clean.

It would be great to have electrical outlets near the bed to charge my phone at night and have it nearby. The bed was a little too firm for my taste, but I got a second blanket from housekeeping and that cushioned me a bit.

I felt I had the best room! Closest to the beach, and the surf is quite loud so I could easily hear it frm my room and I loved that. My priority was a hotel I could walk to the water from in a few minutes and this was it. I also liked that it's small and just 3 stories, not a huge resort. Very quiet at night since the pool closes at 9 pm. I also liked being in town so I could walk to restaurants.

Great location on the beach. Older hotel has lovely mature landscaping and grounds, and character. Good value, on the whole. Food is pretty good, buffet style.

The odd smell in the room. A bit like sewer. I found the floor drain was dry and after I pored a couple bottles of water down the drain it got a bit less repulsive. Definitely a deciding factor as to if I return again or not.

All the staff were fabulous and very helpful. Variety of food at each meal was excellent. Smaller resort giving it a homier feel and very easy to get around. The beach was clean and very large.
