The location was fair as its only 5-10 minutes from the main downtown area. And the exterior of the hotel was decent. The breakfast was basic.

My opinion, this is not a 4 star hotel as it shows... 3 star is pushing the limits, but the room itself compares to a motel 6 in the USA... A little bit about the (rooms) I reserved. One of the rooms was for my family friends to stay in (Double Room with Balcony and Sea View - C128), smelled bad, a/c did not work, room was very old 1980's look, bed was uncomfortable, shower had no pressure or hot water... My wife and I had a different room down the hallway (Double Room with Garden View - C115). The room smelled and the A/C barely worked, shower had no hot water, the drain was backed up, there was a scorpion inside my room, towels we rags, bedsheets were stained and were very cheap, 1980's look, one useable wall plug outlet, pillows must have been purchased at the dollar store, bed was extremely hard. Motel 6 quality at a premium price due to location.

Great location. Nice smallish facility, amongst the enormous overly priced behemoths of the hotel strip. Relatively quiet. Nice landscaping. Helpful bilingual staff. Good free breakfast with many choices to pick from, available until 11 am.

Budget beachfront hotel. Fernando from the front desk is super friendly and will help you out any way possible.

Room cleaning is not great. I asked for clean sheets and they were never changed throughout my whole stay! One time they even forgot to clean the room. I spilled coffee grounds by accident and were not swept properly. Pool bar closes early. Construction next door was sometimes annoying.

I love the location on the beach. It’s the best for the value for sure. We were supposed to stay 1 night and extended to 6!

The buffet was pretty over priced for what the options are, and it never changed once. The staff was kind of rude as well, some were nice but some were super rude. It’s nice though that you can bring your own food or have the all inclusive, which is why we stayed so long!

They are a professional team. Their hotel and (I hope to enjoy someday) their excursions. Very engaging and smart business owners. I look forward to traveling with them again.

The grounds were clean, room has a patio and a mini fridge. Nice warm pool.

So mediocre. The pool is a nice temp and there’s a bar that joins the pool but no stools. The ocean in front is not safe for swimming. The hot tub was cold, not even body temp. So I got out for a hot shower but I had no hot water in the room. In the morning I tried again but there’s still no hot water. The front desk says this is normal. Everything is so antiquated and dated here. There is only ONE outlet accessible in the room—accessible if you move the whole table and unplug the coffee maker. WiFi only works in one spot in my room but not in the whole room or out on the grounds. Floor of the room is filthy but shower and sheets are clean. Restaurant is expensive. There’s a coffee maker in the room but they are “out” of coffee to give me for it. Only have decaf.

We arrived to check in with our paid confirmed reservation and they rudely told us they would did not have any rooms and to call booking.com. Fraudulent listing on booking.com. Rude, unhelpful, and refused to answer messages or calls to address the refund process. Denied the room and I have not received a refund!

Beautiful, old charm, perfect pool And beach front

A bit run down, no elecators, loud halls and rooms next door at times, no shuttle to/from airport

Best place to go with kids. You are able to see the beach, pool, and your kids playing anywhere from the comfort of your room, maybe your bed! Lol... We were supposed to stay for 2 nights and ended up staying 5! Hard to leave!
