Staff front desk, I check in to my two rooms I booked then I need another room and we were discussing options to book and then I told him what room he ignore me and help others. One room I booked with triple beds and only had two beds.

There was no elevator so I had to take the stairs to the second floor.

The staff were very kind. They also accommodated my check-out at 4am.

As mentioned, it is located in the main street so it will be loud until about 11pm at night. Guanajuato is full of life and nightlife can get loud. The beds were a bit uncomfortable since I am used to a very soft Mattress.

Perfect Location right in the downtown area and main street of Guanajuato. Steps away from the famous Market and right in the center of the city. There are many places to eat right outside the hotel door, full of shops and walking distance to all the popular landmarks. the room was very spacious and the balcony leading to the main street gives the perfect view of the colorful city.

Kind and helpful stuff, great location, really close to the Center, it has air conditioning, they don’t have parking but the offer you a parking at the shopping center, so you pay $250 pesos extras and is 7mins walk to the parking, the room is super big, same the bathroom, beautiful balcony (we got room 27 3rd floor) my family got 2nd floor and the balcony and room it’s little smaller, the bed weren’t comfortable kinda hard but overall was great

No Parking but that's common for this area. There's a public parking below the church (in tunnel) for 18 pesos an hour. Not bad

Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice room with terrace. Hot showers. Food & shops right beneath the hotel. Professional staff. I am a satisfied customer 🙂 They also recommend parking if needed as there's no parking on site.

No A/C. No view, we were in room 9. Needs blackout courtains. Food is made at moment so it has long wait at restaurant and closes early.

Delicious food at restaurant and excellent ubication. We ate sopa de tortilla, enchiladas mineras and sopes de pollo.

The entrance to the hotel was not so nice. You enter to the hotel through the hall where is tattoo studio and medical centre.

Hotel is situated in the center of the city. So the location is very good. From the hotel is only a few steps to the city centre. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

No elevator! I have a baby, after walking all day you just want to get to your room and rest. It was a struggle going up the stairs with the stroller and my baby. When I got there I sprained my ankle it was so painful going up all those stairs carrying my baby to my room in the 3rd floor.

The location everything was a walking distance and I loved our patio view. Everyone was so nice and attentive.

Everything else. No refrigerator, no hot water, had to ask for toilet paper, small uncomfortable bed with poor quality sheets that we found hairs in, bad lighting and noisy being situated right on the main street.

The price is outrageous for the quality. The listing said that there were two outlets at the bedsides. There was one outlet in the entire room across the room. There was a window but it opened to the hallway. People always walking past. But maybe this was better than the street view that as noisy all night.

The location is ok. Close to the market. The staff was helpful. Cleaning staff was prompt and thorough. The fan in the room was nice.
