Very good location. Easy to walk to from bus station, just around the corner. Great for 5th avenue, but not on it, so much quieter. Brilliant, welcoming staff.

The location is wonderful! Easy to get to from the bus station, two steps away from the beach and close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The swimming pool is clean and we had it to ourselves. The room is spacious, with good AC and comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly. We liked everything about this little hotel and I hope we get to go back one day.

Great location it was about a 5 minute walk from the Ado bus station .The rooms were clean this place was a little paradise close to everything in the main area of Playa .These staff was nice I would stay there again.

Best hotel, the room was phenomenally clean, the room attendant deserves a raise, as the service was 10/10 and made our experience even better. The rooftop is so nice and you get an amazing view of the ocean, and the fairy lights are a nice touch. Tip for hotel, to add more chairs and tables on rooftop perhaps? As it is an amazing rooftop.

Wifi was a bit patchy

Very well run hotel close to the beach. It even has its own cenote with interesting animals running around Spotless and clean Good aircon It was close to the action in playa but also quiet. Beach towels Nice pool

Amazing hotel, with the amazing service, thank you ladies from the reception!❤️ wonderful location and atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel is located 50 meters from the beach and next to the 5th Avenue (touristic street, with the shops and restaurants) ADO bus station is located 100-150 metres away from the hotel. Clean and huge rooms, very nice garden, private and clean pool. Terrace with the wonderful view to the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy sunrise views. Stuff is really helpful and nice to all the guests. We enjoyed a lot that time that we spent in the hotel, thank you one more time.

Was a bit noisy from a utility room and garden machinery when we wanted to sit quietly by the pool.

The staff, the cleanliness and the beds. It’s convenient if you want to be next to main tourist streets, but not too close so as to be keep awake by the nightclubs.

Accommodating us with coffee would have been a small price to pay to make the stay more enjoyable. We had to park quite a distance away, but we were prepared for this.

There was no breakfast. Our biggest complaint was actually the fact that my husband drank the coffee in the room when we arrived, and they wouldn’t give us an extra pack for the morning, and when we saw the coffee station by the reception in the morning they didn’t allow us to have any.

The room was extremely clean and pretty. The staff were so friendly and sweet and the hotel is right next to the beach and it's close to everything. We are very pleased with this and we definitely recommend.

It was a bit noisy with the music from the surrounding café's but that is what you get when you want to be close to the busy places.

Good Shower, bed was good and location was perfect. Close to ADO busstop and we could still arrive late. Good helping staff!

The wifi wasn't great in the bedroom.

The staff are charming and incredibly helpful. The grounds are lovely and the bedroom very comfortable.
