Dear Chiehte, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your kind comments. We are delighted that you enjoyed our excellent location, just a few steps from the ferry terminal and 5th Avenue, ideal for exploring Playa del Carmen. We would like to point out that all our rooms have a coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar and cream substitute at no additional cost, as well as a mini-bar and a jug of drinking water as a courtesy. We also have a drinking water dispenser in our café, less than a 5-minute walk from the rooms, available to all our guests. Regarding the water issue, we regret what happened. The outage was part of a general problem in Playa del Carmen, beyond our control. Even so, we did everything possible to restore service as soon as possible and offer alternatives, such as changing rooms. Finally, although our reception is not open 24 hours a day, we always try to deal with any situation, and we are glad that our team was able to assist you with the room change. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and offer you an even more pleasant stay.

As for the pool hours, they are designed to maintain a welcoming and relaxing environment for all our guests.
