Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWi-Fi sucked bad, just very slow. I could not get the TV to work at all. And they have a loud ass Parot ( yess a Parot "McCall" as a pet ) that woke me up way to early. They put me in room #60 which is right next to the Birds Cage. Also beware of the Taxi service they call for you. Ensure the price before you get in. I got a ride to and from the hotel a few times and 4 different times it was different prices, yes to and from the same locations were the same. In other words why does everyone charge different?
They have a gym, not the best but got the job done. They have Breakfast and dinner on site.

United StatesThe staff, I am a woman, the bell boy guy got into my room trying to explain how to turn on the AC etc. I travel for business a lot, no need to explain those things and no need for a guy to step into your room. I was b=very clear and asked for him to leave my room I even try to open my door, but he would not leave and he would close the door. making things very uncomfortable. Also Noisy place. People at front desk would not helped, I booked 3 nights but only stayed one, and no one would help me at the front desk. NO tissues in the bathroom. overall the bed was old and uncomfortable. I will never recommend the place at all.
