Dear guest, your attitude is incomprehensible to us after recognizing that in fact the mistake was yours in having made your reservation for two adults and two minors in one of our rooms, as in every establishment there are rules and one of them is not giving access to more than the people who mainly fit in the two-bed room that was the one for which he paid for his service, if three adults and two children show up, none of them under 5 years old, it was logical that, when he was made to see that his reservation did not contemplate that third adult and not having another room to offer him due to lack of availability, he would be denied access, what was not logical was his violent and threatening reaction shouting late at night that the police should be called because it was an injustice that the third adult was not allowed access, none of our collaborators, who by the way are characterized by their impeccable attention and respect when addressing you, the guests, have to receive that type of treatment. Finally, I would not like to fail to mention that having recognized your mistake, you should have thought about going to another hotel to request and pay for the room to be able to rest as you required, therefore if there is anyone responsible for not having slept with your minor Son not two years old but rather about 5, because unfortunately it was you, in the room that they reserved and paid for, the four people that the reservation contemplated received the service and it is sad that your anger of great magnitudes harms our grades, Because as you clearly state by acknowledging your mistake and punishing us for your mistake, not ours, I hope that the criteria of this platform take into account that you should not even accept these types of comments that come out of anger and not from the criterion of a service that many of our guests rate from good to very good.
