Very clean hotel. No hot water the entire stay. Cold showers, water barely warm enough to not be unbearably cold. Not sure if that’s an area thing or just this hotel.

The water pressure for the showers is not great and sometimes the water was a bit cool if you are showering late afternoon, it would be n also be nice if there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room

The rooms are very clean and roomy enough for what we needed, there room to hang a few items in the space provided and a few drawers and shelves to place other items. Upon arrival there was a bottle of water for each of us which we could then keep and refill at the water station in the lobby when whenever we needed. The restaurant is very nice and the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and the manager speaks excellent English Some of the other staff don't speak much English but they try very hard and communication was fairly easy. I liked the location as it was was fairly central and it was easy for us to walk to where we wanted to go. Santa Cruz beach was only a 15 minute walk. La Crucecita was 20mins and Chahue beach was only 10 minutes away

Wish there were shade umbrellas.

Great hospitality! Came in late in the evening, and we were able to stay in for a late checkout. Spacious room & bathroom. Good fan and AC. The full-size bed was comfortable. The restaurant is well priced, and the breakfast was good. Loved the huevos rancheros divorciados, and my daughter enjoyed her hotcakes. Enjoyed the view from the palapa while we enjoyed breakfast. Our balcony view was just fantastic, and a pleasure to wake up to.

The hotel is up on a hill overlooking Bahia Chahue and is an an easy walk to Chahue, Santa Cruz and the Chedraui supermarket and restaurants etc. Staff are friendly and really helpful. We loved the 2 pools and the on-site restaurant is great when you are tired from the day’s activities. We were there during a national holiday, after which the manager suggested we upgrade to a front (pool) facing room. I would recommend upgrading if you can as it’s well worth it! The inner view room we had for the first 2 nights was much smaller and more basic. It's a wonderful hotel for families.

Nothing it was amazing.

The view was amazing!! The staff were so great and they made you feel so welcome. I do plan to stay here again with family next time. The food was good and it was walking distance to the beach and shopping.

The pool, although absolutely beautiful, was really noisy most nights between about 6 and 10. All the rooms are right next to it, so if you’d like to sit on your balcony or patio with a nice glass of wine in a quiet setting, you’ll need to wait until after 10! From 6-10 every night it was packed full of families having a blast and lots of kids screaming at high decimals. Great for families, not so much for an older couple!

The hotel is spotless, the rooms very comfortable, the staff all super friendly, happy and helpful and the food is really good. This is a well managed hotel and it is super well maintained. it was our third time there and it really is wonderful. I would recommend not going over holidays if you want peace and quiet, as it was full of families. a great family spot.

Outdoor stairs could use more light. Some umbrellas would be nice to give more shaded areas to sit although there is good shade at the end of the pool.

Our room 302 had a great view of the bay and overlooked the pool. Lovely to sit out on our terrace. The hotel is very well maintained with a great restaurant and wonderful staff.

Breakfast service is disappointing which is a shame as the food is good. The waiting time to get your order takes an hour + so if you're hungry or with children, keep it in mind. Not sure if it's understaffed (2 servers), but we had breakfast once and then left to La Crucecita which was cheaper and much quicker. Umbrellas in the pool area would also be beneficial in order to hide from the scorching sun.

Food in the restaurant is very good, nice cocktails. Good service for dinner when it's not too busy. The location was excellent for what we were looking for, i. e. Close to La Crucecita, and close buy other bays. Since we were driving, the car park in the hotel was also handy. Would stay there again.

food is not included in the price for the room, but they have a restaurant on site that has amazing food and quality. if you are a guest on the building you get a discount on price.

I got first floor room and I had a balcony directly to the main pool, which was great. from the pool you can see the sea and that is another great view.

Sliding door lock, light control and dependency with keys chain is cumbersome
