Asked for late checkout when checking in. Was told that everything was ok and late check out was granted. Then recieved a phone call saying that we were late and they tried charging me for another day.. after much arguing we finally got it resolved. It spoiled our last day there

Not really what I would think of as a resort by Mexican standards. Poor WiFi in rooms so not most convenient for a working vacation.

Conveniently located. Nice pool area. Easy walking to many restaurants. Direct beach access. Clean.

Breakfast food was good but not great and felt overpriced compared to surrounding restaurants. Drinks from the pool bar weren’t good. The rooms are a little outdated and it made it feel less of a value for the price.

The beds were amazingly comfortable! The staff was really great!

The location was gorgeous and it was right on the beach. It was a beautiful hotel and we even got a free upgrade. Great food at the beach restaurant as well. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous.

Maybe that on Friday and Saturday the resort has a bar/restaurant that plays music till 4am.

I'd have to say there's not much to not like. The only thing was that in the resort is a restaurant/bar "Joe's" with music till like 3 to 4am. Not daily, but for sure, it keeps you up.

The location is great, as well as the staff. Beds are very comfortable, and the suite was always clean.

Only issue we had was the noise from a club next door. First night was horrible. Seemed like the room was vibrating till about 4:30 in the morning when it finally stopped. The rest of the nights were much better. We could still hear the music, but could sleep through it.

Our room was large, we had a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a couch, TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The view from the 7th floor was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Swimming pool and outdoor area was very nice. Food was good.

The most outrageous thing was I booked this hotel for a jacuzzi and reached out multiple times to check if it worked but nobody got back to me. It turned out it was extra for $15USD for 15 minutes!!! To say I was upset is to say nothing!The other thing was my room was looking at a beach restaurant that was a bit too loud during the whole day but fortunately I fall asleep easily but I had to put in my headphones to create my own atmosphere.

The location is great and I liked the room as well! Great bathtub and great bed! They also provide beach towels for free.

There was music from the restaurant next door (not the hotel’s). There was music nonstop until 5:00 AM on Thursday and Friday and until 6:00 AM on Saturday. We couldn’t sleep.

It was clean. Lupita, the housekeeper was very friendly.

The floors at the elevator aren’t marked, making it difficult to determine what floor the elevator doors open to. You are left looking for anything that indicates what floor you are on such a room number far away from the elevator that also happens to be painted the same color of the building. Recommend a small change and add stickers numbers at the elevator frame on each door. Very inexpensive and super helpful to guests.

Staff were welcoming, property is waterfront with beach access and courtesy cocktail on arrival set the pace of our stay.

Our living room faced a loud outdoor nightclub. Luckily for us, our bedroom faced the opposite way. Most of the night noise from the nightclub happened from 11 pm to 4 am. We would stay here again.

My main complain was the WIFI, it really really sucked. If you expect to work from there as I did, you may have issues. It was very slow and constantly disconnecting. Unfortunately since I'm always working, even on vacations, I cannot stay there again even though I really liked the place. It was also very noisy which, we have no problem as we are heavy sleepers but I can see how it can be an issue for others. I overheard other couples complaining about this specific issue as well so take that into account.

The location was absolutely perfect. Walkable to many restaurants and the malecon. The pool was nice and big and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a plumbing issue which was resolved within 30 minutes so no complains there. Room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean.

The air conditioner was very old and needed replaced it was so loud and sounded like you were being shot out to sea. It was as a hotel full of people that like to party.

The room had 2 bathrooms was very nice and clean. The pool was so nice to swim in and they had a buy one get one free drinks from 3 to 11pm. The restaurant food was very good and prices were very reasonable.
