The busy road out front, but when you are at property you don’t really hear the noise

It was a great location to get to the activities I needed to get to daily. Close to lots of restaurants and near nice neighborhood

TOO noisy. Old looking (torn carpets). Old devices that won’t work (the phone didn’t work, the hairdryer…) The bathroom didn’t look clean and the liquid soap smells like fish! 😣 The staff around the rooms is kind of noisy (may be the old big hallways)… and the beds —the beds were awful small for a double room, my could parents barely fit. Also the lighting is old and insufficient.

It sure looks like it was a super venue in the 70’s or 90’s… the spaces are nice… the staff is kind, but —at least the room we got was very inconvenient for my elder parents (as there are no elevators). Roberto the waiter at the restaurant was superb and the food isn’t bad.

The bathroom looks really old in every aspect: mirror, floor shower, bar soap instead of liquid body shampoo, hair shampoo and conditioner.on dispensers. Room furniture doesn't match with the rest of the installations it looks like commercial furniture. Pool service is really bad.

The hotel design is great. Service at restaurants is excellent. Food is great and very affordable prices. Night lighting and vegetation is very nice to walk around.

Gym unavailable, cockroach in bathroom, bathroom fittings (plug) tired, got multiple bites at night. No fridge to keep drinks cool.

We had breakfast in the morning, while I was eating I found a piece of glass in my mouth, it was inside my quesadilla. We contacted the waiter and he didn't look surprised, he went to check and came back saying that wasn't glass, it was plastic. He didn't apologise or try to do anything,he just left. We didn't finish our food. When the bill arrived they waiter charged us full price and even asked for a tip. We left really worried about the hygiene of the food. Sadly this experience made all the stay a bad one. We went there to relax and they had builders drilling around the swimming pool for the whole day. It wasn't the experience we wanted.

The place is nice, the bedroom was clean and that swimming pool was a plus. The people at the reception desk were nice and friendly.

The beds are quite uncomfortable and the rooms despite’s of being of a generous size are very loud. All the chitchat on the halls resonated inside the room. You could hear them as if they were just next to you.

The rooms themselves could use a bit more upkeep, especially the bathrooms, and the carpets should be vacuumed. I couldn't walk barefoot on the carpet without stepping on something and getting it stuck to my foot. Sounds like guests really enjoy hanging out at this hotel, and it makes for a very loud environment until the late hours. Morning cleaning staff can be heard constantly chatting in the hallways very early. It's generally noisy.

Pool and facilities are gorgeous and can be the main reason people stay here. Friendly and professional staff at the entrance. It's a great place to hang out.

They need to maintain the rooms better. Mirrors stained, the door security chain broken, lamps without working bulbs, duvet ripped. It is a nice hotel but management should pay more attention to details.
