The lobby staff was not as friendly as I would have expected. They do not help bring your luggage up and down from your room. And some rooms are very high.

The room was clean and the cleaning staff was amazing 👏.

They don’t have hot water … and it’s noisy because of the bar right outside the hotel. I know it’s not their fault just letting you know. Alsoooo, the plugs don’t work!

The room didn"t have a single window, the lighting was really poor, the sink in the bathroom was really small, even to wash your hands, didn"t have a mirror. You didn"t have even a hook to hang your towel when you take a shower. It wasn't a good experience.

Location was perfect, everything you want to see is at walking distance.

The morning staff who checked us in was very kind. It was the afternoon guy working who ruined the trip for me. I come back to my room after leaving for lunch with my girlfriend when I get a random message from him staying the “ smoke alarm” detected smoke from my room and that he was going to charge me $100 USD. Me and my girlfriend have asthma and do not smoke. The room does not have any sensors so he lied to me and I felt like he just stereotyped me and blamed whatever smell he was talking about on me. Felt very uncomfortable after that message that we ended up leaving a day early and went and booked somewhere else. Very unfortunate situation but be careful I feel like they tried and take money from me for being American.

Property was perfectly located. We walked everywhere with restaurants very close by.

They charge for water, their iron didn’t work the had really bad fans, one room was very ugly. Staff was not helpful at all.

It said it was ground floor.It was up 26 steep steps.It was dirty.The walls were paper thin.The bed was very uncomfortable.The internet didn’t work.The tv was snowy.The water was cold in the morning.The bathroom door didn’t close.We paid for 4nights but left in disgust after 1 night but of course they wouldn’t give us a refund.

property: extremely outdated, trash bags everywhere along with cleaning supplies. lobby was dirty. lots of noise inside property past midnight. rooms: definitely not what you see in pictures. bathtub was very chipped, no warm water, sink had no running water, no hand soap, towels were stained and rough. beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. it’s unfortunate to have experienced this in such a lovely city. owners truly need to invest in this little abandoned gem. they will continue to lose customers if they don’t invest in upgrading their property.

A group of youngsters entered the hotel at night and made loud noise until 4am. They were drunk, shouting, walking loudly on the stairways, even knocking on the doors of the guests. We asked several times the receptionist to tell them to leave but the receptionist did not do anything. We suspect it was the receptionist that let them in. This happened every night of our stay. There are cockroaches in the rooms. The door of the bathroom did not close properly and was in bad shape, with nails exposed. The rooms were had large interior glass walls, so little privacy and it was not possible to block the light from the hallways.

The hotel is very close to the center The rooftop has a nice view over the city.

Fantastic staff and location! The room was okay and couldn't really get any different pillows and had issues with water heat and shower overflowing to drainage. Overall though great location!
