    Good location.

    A shame. we came in 2019 and this hotel was not in that conditions at all. Firstly, the pool area was in a terrible condition, lots of broken deckchairs and parasols, and several plastic cups lying around the pool. Then, regarding the room, the paint was all peeling, we noticed several stains on the sheets, and there was one night when we were woken up by the smell of cigarettes so it would be good to review the ventilation system. The smell in the corridors was also unpleasant. Finally, the icing on the cake, we had paid to have breakfast included, but when we arrived at the restaurant, a waitress told us that our package only included a coffee, fruit and 2 toasts, and if we wanted the buffet, we had to pay extra. A real shame knowing that we had already paid extra to have breakfast included. Also the staff was ok but not super friendly and not very smiling.

    Great value, a lot cheaper than other places. Pool area was excellent. Easy to get to Hotel Zone or downtown using the R1 and R2 buses or taxi. Large sized room. ATM available in the lobby.

    Boulevard view means facing the very loud and busy main road (avoid if you get woken easily). No refrigerator in the room. Safe was not working. Staff were okay.

    The location of the hotel was great! It was right by the water and had a perfect view.

    The property is old and not very well maintained. It had a pungent smell, the sheets were dirty, and had stains. The whole property was just very old. The furniture was damaged and the steel things around the room and toilet were rushed. For the same price, you can get much better hotels in similar areas! I would highly recommend against this one!

    First of all, we did not receive the rooms we had booked. We had reserved rooms with double beds, but were given rooms with twin beds instead. When we asked at reception why, we were told that we had been “upgraded” – but no one asked us if we wanted this change. According to the information on Booking.com, the rooms were supposed to have safes, but none of them did. When we asked, they said they could bring safes to the rooms. However, not all rooms ended up receiving one. The receptionist was visibly unhappy about our request and even asked why we needed a safe in every room, suggesting we could just use one for everything. Even the safes we did get were not secured or fixed in place, so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our passports or money inside – it felt unsafe. All rooms had a strong smell of mold. Although the moldy areas on the walls had been freshly painted over, the odor remained. At the pool, all the lounge chairs were covered in bird droppings – we had to clean them ourselves. In the morning, we wanted to swim, but the pool was completely taken over by a diving class. To make matters worse, around 7:00 AM, construction work started somewhere in the hotel. The noise from the renovation could clearly be heard in our rooms, and it was impossible to sleep any longer after that.

    Room were so smelly, so suffocation in the hallway, couldn't breathe. Toilet wasn't working, AC wasn't cooling. Bed sheets were smelling so bad.

    The room. Water pressure is weak . Hair in bed , sand in the room and rusty parts on door . Drains on walls and drains.
