Really, all was good in this little boutique hotel. Good for couples but even affordable for young travellers. Super friendly staff and very well equipped to make your own breakfast or a snack. Nice little pool area. Well located.

The people working are extremely nice and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and have many quiet corners for relaxation. The hotel is also supporting a street dog foundation to feed the street dogs. So much kudos for that!

Location was great! Next to a supermarket and next to the Zaci cenote. Its a little walk to the city centre, about 10 minutes. The staff was very vriendly and welcoming. There is a kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast. The room was spacious and clean.

Amazing place! It's about a 15 min walk to the bus station and just near the Zaci cenote. It's very clean and quiet. And the staff was so great that allowed us to use our pool towels for travel to cenotes after we checked out from the hotel.

Everything was great

Beautiful, peaceful spot in the centre of Valladolid. The staff are amazing and so kind. My husband and I stayed for two nights during our honeymoon and the staff went out of their way to decorate our room for us. Our room was a comfortable size and the pool area is lovely. Great base for exploring Valladolid and the surrounding areas like Chichen Itza and multiple cenotes (including one in town that is a two minute walk away).

EVERYTHING! We already miss Luis, Kia and all the stuff! The place feels like home, there is a super cool common space where you can cook, relax on hammocks, enjoy the pool or play board games! Really the place to go if you want to visit Valladolid! Gracias por todos chicos:)

The hotel is very atmospheric. Lots of plants, a beautiful pool where you can take a break from the heat. The rooms clean, the lobby and the garden neat and beautifully designed. There is also a very well equipped kitchen. Lovely Luis at the reception who was very helpful and funny. There is also a nice dog. The hosts are also very nice. We liked it so much that we stayed longer. There is a 24 h shop near the hotel and a cenote and souvenir shop belonging to the hotel. Close to the centre and restaurants. I recommend Real Haciendas with all my heart.❤️
